TERRIBLE. On May 17 between 6-7pm, fellow diners and I waited 35-45min each for our VERY SIMPLE orders. We were very polite and kind, but we were simply ignored by those working. The drive thru seemed to be at least faster than us orders inside.When asked how long it would take, the workers would lash back saying they are understaffed.People with Grubhub and takeout were waiting and losing money because of this slow and rude group of employees.We understand that people don’t want to work nowadays, but possibly explain the delay BEFORE we order our food and have families waiting on food for 40min. Maybe this Taco Bell needs to close the dining area and only be drive thru.The food was good, but the wait was TERRIBLE.We will not go back after the neglect received by the employees, and the LONG wait to get simple food.

It's a taco bell so the food is the usual. The only difference being really inconsistent hours and bad order accuracy. Maybe about 30% of the time it's "closed" during daytime hours. When it looks open and people are there I'm frequently told in the drive thru that it's closed or only for online orders. Also double check your order before you pull away.

Worst experience of my life. Drive-thru worker was extremely rude, she was leaning out the Drive-thru window being rude and she wasn't even wearing a mask! Never Eat Here!

Never go to this location. If I could give zero stars I would. I order tonight at 8:25, they don’t close until 9. They waited 30 minutes to tell me they didn’t have the ingredients to make ANY of the food on my order. Really? Not a single item? They are lazy, take your money and waste your time. If you’re not going to do your job, you don’t deserve your paycheck. Whoever the manager was tonight deserves to be fired on the spot.

6 people working and they won't let me order at the counter. I wanted to use cash but the 6 people working told me the kiosk is where I need to order and have to use card. Hope they understand they will lose their jobs to automation.

This Taco Bell says they are closed at 7:45 pm on a Wednesday (3/30/22). Does the manager know this? It’s not the first time they have claimed to be closing early, but 7:45? Really?

Nacho fries and Baja blasts is pretty much what my kids want for a treat every once and a while. Fries were cold but hey, they still ate then. Don't eat this kind of food often but you only live once,so hey why not!

I have noticed a huge improvement in the hours open and the quality of service, since the new female manager has been at this location. She's AWESOME! Hope they can find some more staff to help keep up this new high standard. Thnx guys!

The WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. And I worked in a Taco Bell before!!! Anyway, I went to this Taco Bell like a month ago, I pull up to the Drive thru and they say they’re only taking online orders, and I’m like all right so I pull into the parking lot and place my online order which was two orders of the nacho chips and cheese and a chalupa. And then I get back in line and get my order when I park to go eat my order, NO CHIPS just two things of cold cheese and the Chalupa was not even a chalupa???? I went back to the drive thru only to have them say “we’re closed” it’s 7:30????? And when I ask to speak to a manager to tell them I didn’t get half my order and that the other part was completely wrong, this manager tells me “we threw it all out, you’ll have to come back in the morning to see if you can get a refund.” ??????? I’m not driving all the way back here in the morning to get my money but at that point I was so frustrated I just drove off! Terrible service, the attitudes were disgusting, and coming from someone who has worked in the fast food industry I would never have treated anyone like this. Poor excuse for a Taco Bell, and the staff really need more customer service training. Would rate 0 stars if possible.

I come here fairly often on my lunch break from work and often I have to wait too long in the drive thru for them to take my order, several times over 5-10 minutes for the line to even move. The food and customer service is fair but there must be a staffing or management problem that needs to be fixed.
