I went to this location due to an issue with another location that treated me horribly , refused to help in which we had to contact upper management to get resolved.This is how it’s done!!! Top tier customer service above and beyond which honestly I didn’t expect , I just wanted the sandwich that wasn’t given at the first store on Raleigh rd…Tamika the manager profusely apologized when I gave her the details of the details and seemed genuinely shocked at some of the worse details. I had my family with me and she treated my whole family to some extras which put things in the area of exceptional because we tried to refuse but she insisted. If there’s an issue just contact actual management or Tamika one of their fine managers. The entire store was friendly and nice. Will insist that my wife always come to this location from now on when we want Subway.
The customer service at this Subway (North Chatham Village, used to be called Cole Park Plaza) is the worst! I placed an order using their app, arrived at the time that the app said the food would be ready, parked in the marked parking space for curbside pick up, and checked in on the app. The app told me that the food was ready. I waited and waited and finally walked in just to find out that the sandwich order that I had placed had not even been started on. The one and only employee working was very rude and said that she could not even start on my order until all customers in the store were handled because their rule was to handle all customers in the store before doing any orders that came in through the app. That's just crazy! Why would they not wait on customers in the order that the orders arrive, regardless whether the order came in person or through the app? I waited and waited and this employee kept waiting on new customers coming in and would not even start on my order even though I was standing there waiting on my order. Finally I tell her that I want to cancel my order. She totally ignored me and would not even try to help me. I found out, unfortunately, that you cannot cancel an order using the app even in the case where the Subway employees refuse to even fix your order. I finally got in line and when it was finally my turn I asked her how I could cancel my order and the employee just wanted to argue with me about her being the only employee there and that in store customers came first. Finally she just says she can't help me to cancel the order and that she was not going to fix my sandwiches either. At that point I demanded to talk with her manager. After much arguing, she finally went in the back to call her manager. She stays in the back for a while and finally comes up front and I hear her telling her manager that she refused to fix my order. So I then get on the phone with the manager, Meme, who confirmed that they don't handle the orders coming in on the app until all in store customers are handled. At that point I just wanted to cancel the order and the manager tells me that there's nothing she can do to help me. She told me that I needed to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. That's just crazy!!! I've been to a lot of Subways and have never had any problems. I just couldn't believe how rude that employee was to me, like I had done something wrong. The only mistake I made was to go to this Subway store. I will not be making that mistake again. Save yourself time and skip this Subway. I wasted 45 minutes (over an hour from the time I placed the order) standing in there trying to get my order. Worst Subway Ever!!
I hate to leave a mediocre review of this location because the staff are great! My problem is that they don’t subscribe to the posted hours and there have been many occasions where I show up and they are closed. I hate to say it, but if this restaurant is remotely out of your way I wouldn’t recommend the drive because there is a good chance you’ll be met with a locked door.
2nd time eating at this Subway and 1st time eating inside. I have to say the employees at this Subway are so nice & friendly (not to mention, they make a great sub!) The manager on duty was especially nice and I saw her personally go around and check to see if everyone was OK and had what they needed. I will definitely be visiting this Subway more in the future! Great job!
Ms.Sharon is awesome!! She is very friendly. Great customer service. And to top it all off my sandwich was great!! She made it just right ? Enjoyed!
I like Subway sandwiches but this particular store is a disappointment. They are often closed during their regular business hours. I would recommend calling them before going to the store. They don’t seem to care if the store is open or not.
tuna doesn't taste like chicken salad mixed with tuna, employee was insanely rude to a Hispanic woman and when I attempted to call her out on her racist behavior she began swearing and walked in the back and refused to serve anyone.
Husband and I placed an order online. When we got there unfortunately they didnt have any bowls for their salads. They resolved the issue quickly and professionally (which you don't see very often anymore). Didn't get the 2 ladies names working...but they were wonderful with customer service. Definitely will go back.
The staff here are polite and work very quickly. The young man that helped me yesterday afternoon was a joy! Great subs too.
Undoubtedly the best Subway in the area. Had a great experience here last week with an especially courteous worker who was very friendly and made sure my large order got done right. The staff here always exceed my expectations and I will definitely be coming back! I didn’t catch the workers name but he was tall asian and wore glasses :)
