Eric is rude and horribly unprofessional. My first and last time going to this Starbucks until he is fired. If you don't want to work, do us all a favor and call out!
I grab a coffee here nearly everyday, I've never had a wrong coffee, but anyone who was unhappy with their order is replaced. Comfy atmosphere with plugs and Harris Teeter foot traffic. 4 tables and a bar you can sit at. Plenty of cup selection if you're looking to buy new cups as well.
Allergy/food sensitivity friendly! The staff took my question about ingredients seriously and checked labels thoroughly. I have a nonstandard food restriction, and the staff member’s approach gave me the feeling that they valued my purchase as much as customers who don’t have food restrictions.I wish I could remember the young women’s names who were working early this afternoon . They deserve recognition from Starbucks for excellent work on a seemingly-little thing that makes a huge difference to me.
Home delivery or order ahead not available. The coffee and the service were just OK. However I will come back as this is the store nearest to my home
This location has its own door but it's in a Harris Teeter. Long line as one person was working. Once someone else came to help the line quickly disappeared. Latte was made as it should
8/27/21at 12:30 p.m. gentlemen that was workin Counter was very rude I told him I wanted it light and sweet for my cold brew and he dumped the whole thing out very rudely and then made it again get again and still didn't get it right and I asked him to put morin and he just walked away from me I will never go to the Starbucks again Needless to say I had to throw the whole coffee out so $5 wasted
What is there to say about Starbucks you get coffee there! Management always has a huge impact on your experience in any chain retailer. The Management's experience in hiring staff can mean the difference in you getting good customer service or bad customer service. The quality of your service depends on the employees knowledge of the products they're offering, and the training they receive. Many chains like Starbucks have a high turnover rate that means the staff are continuously changing.Any items that are not drinks are just there to entice you so they can make an upsell.
