Went to pickup a quick drink, iced matcha latte with soy. Asked for a trenta, and the barista told us “could you do a venti?”. I work at a Starbucks and know very well you’re able to make this drink as a trenta and there were cups of that size behind the counter, so I’m not sure what that was about.Once the drink made it out to me, not only did it barely taste like there was the right amount of matcha in it, but it also was made with either 2% or whole milk, and not the alternative I asked for (I’m sensitive to dairy, but in the future if an ingredient is given to someone and they’re severely allergic, say to almonds in almond milk for example, that could be a terrible situation. It’s important to pay attention to what someone actually orders and not just rush an order.. even though there were only 2 other people ordering while we were there).Unfortunate interaction and lackluster attention to the order. 2 stars because we at least received the correct pastries ordered.
Fantastic place. Always slammed but the service is great. Lexie is a doll and wrote my name on my cup instead of my make-shift name. She even spelled it right. ?
Chris is the best barista there! Very friendly and welcomes everyone with smiles! Really makes you feel welcomed to be there! Plus, he’s the one that makes the coffees perfect!!! Love this Starbucks!
A coffee shop this is not. I can't imagine why they would have a tap explicitly for dark roast coffee and fill it with a medium roast. It's like a punch in the face to pay 3.50 for a coffee you don't like.
Horribly slow service, no communication between staff that orders were not going through. Waited 20min for 2 drinks
One of the least prepared stores ever, they always have problems and closing. 3/10 times I go there the store is closed for some reason. This was my last time going there and they always waste my precious time getting late to school.
They need employees to help serve. I think the current employees are overwhelmed and worked. It is evident in the Service and lack of Consistency in my order. I get the same thing EVERYTIME so I know when they are off!They were off today, I also waited in line for almost 30min.

Staff is too lazy to prepare mobile orders, you will wait longer than if you just place order yourself.
I visit this starbucks a lot because it's my favorite in the area. Recently, it's been incredibly busy sometimes with 30+ minute waits for mobile orders. Yet, the staff work SO hard to prepare orders quickly. They stay professional and polite even as impatient customers berate them for the wait that is NOT their fault. The company really needs to do something about the overwhelming amount of work that is put on these great baristas.
