Was not greeted kindly by the front staff member. Was so disappointed I left. Cannot judge whether food was decent or not, a shame.... Thank you for the apology, but yes it 100% happened. I edited the review to 3 stars since i know how important reviews are to a business success and because you did respond respectfully.
This place does pizza right. They have fried zucchini sticks. I didn't know what that was, this is now my measure. The bar is high. Stromboli was delicious too. The waitress was extremely polite and helpful. You. Must. Try. I'll be back!!!
Best Chicago style deep dish we have found in the area so far. We are originally from Chicago and have been missing a good deep dish pizza. We will come back for sure.
I use to order pizza from this place on the regular, but after they evidently delivered my pizza to the wrong address, kept me on hold and then hung up on me before giving me an update, and then refusing to give me a refund for the pizza that was ordered over 2 hours ago because it was "already in the oven." No, not gonna ever order from you again. Not even an apology.
Wonderful service over the phone, None of that ordering on the website nonsense. I would highly recommend Sals pizza to anyone. I haven’t even received the order and I already know that it’s going to be good because the person who took my order was patient and understood that I did not know exactly what I wanted. She helps me order through the menu by making suggestions for things that I might find delicious. I will definitely order from Sals Pizza and Ristorante. I highly recommend this location. Do not go elsewhere.
I’m a New Jersey native and we are known for being EXTREMELY picky about pizza, so much so I generally don’t eat any pizza in other states. My roommate ordered pizza from Sal’s last night and I was shocked at how good it was. I definitely recommend Sal’s if you’re like me and really missing Jersey/NYC pizza! Will be ordering again soon! I was really excited to try this place. I ordered a large steak and cheese pizza and mozzarella sticks. The cost with tip was a little under $40, so not inexpensive. While the pizza had a good crust, there was barely any steak on it, and the mozzarella was of lower quality. The mozzarella sticks were not homemade, and same tasteless mozzarella. Not great for a place that’s so close to Pops Pizza and Magones
Pizza is good but this was a $7 side Calamari. Called to verify if this is properly portion or correctly made. Apparently it is.
LOVE to order in and eat outside. Day after Christmas... sunny and 72° !All food delicious... but my Go-To is the large Pepperoni pie...which is Great!!... and the Italian Peroni beer of course
If you like hair in your food and sloppy wet undercooked pizza. This your place. Frozen pizza would be an upgrade. What’s worse is they didn’t even offer to replace or refund. Many other better places for pizza.
