It’s April 30th around 10 PM. I Tried to Order a Pizza Through the phone for a simple pick up and they just hung up on me in the middle of my order. I then go inside Pizza Hut and I ordered my pizza with no problems until i asked the girl after I ordered on why she hung up on me and then she just looks at me and goes “we’re done taking orders for the night” literally a whole 2 hours before they even closed. If anything, the owner of this Domino’s really needs to fire that lady PRANTO. Bad Attitude at work will cost you Many customers.
The pizza and delivery service is awesome. Had 1 little hiccup probably because it was busy part of day on a Sun. but the Manager very professionally and quickly resolved issue. The taste of the pizza was well worth a little wait time on the phone.
Steven was super helpful and pleasant to work with. He was polite, informative, and prompt and made excellent recommendations. Our food was hot, delicious, well-packaged, and made super quickly. Thanks for a great experience!
I went to the Pizza Hut in Burlington on South Church Street it seems like everytime I order from Pizza Hut it's not cooked all the way through. The dough is gummy. I like pizza hut but come on now just check the pizza to see if it done. No need to take it back because I don't know what they will do to it. I got a pizzas from the Pizza Hut in Mebane and when asked why was it look so messy the cashier said they probably dropped it but it didn't fall out the the box. Really, done with pizza hut. So one star for PH one star is too much for them
Pizza was hot and delivery was fast. It tasted good but we thought it was a bit too salty.
The order was delivered timely and the pizza was delicious.
I love Pizza Hut--it is the best pizza! The ease of online ordering, the promptness of the delivery, the quality of the food, and best of all, being able to pay my tip with my credit card made this a great experience!
I would give this Pizza Hut zero stars but that is not an option. I ordered some food for a certain price, but when the transaction cleared my account I noticed that extra money had been added to the transaction. I called customer service, which doesn't actually exist for this company and they didn't seem to be concerned about the issue that they created for me. I called the store directly and the people that I spoke with (including the GM) were just as oblivious to the issue. The GM was unclear about everything, but he did insure me that the person responsible would be subject to repercussions. The GM confirmed my suspicions with that last part, so when he offered to give me a refund over the phone if I gave him my card number, I declined. I will not do business with this Pizza Hut anymore.
Food was ready when it said, friendly service counter. Excellent food.
The food was off the charts great a 12 instead of a 10
