They consistently serve pizza which is unacceptable. It's a common occurrence for them to have burnt or forgotten ingredients.I understand that quality control does miss things like that and that's okay, but a screw-up for every order?What really gets me is when I order the "hand-tossed" pizza and it's thinner and drier than the box it's in, just look at it. It makes Little Caesar's look like it's gourmet. This is not the first time this happened but it's the last. I don't know what's worse, their quality or the fact I kept ordering and expecting a normal Papa John's pizza.
Waited two hours, had to order twice but never received the order for my friends. Recommended the walk-mode GPS toggle to help them better deliver food in the future but was met with heavy sighs like I didn't just pay more than $60+ to receive zero food.

Absolutely horrible experience which is not normal for this place. Our food was delivered to the wrong place. I called the store and the manager immediately knew who I was. He told me it was already being remade and it was about to go out the door. Almost an hour later it showed up cold. Part of our order was messed up. When my wife called whoever she spoke to yelled at her claiming that the bbq chicken bacon papadia comes with buffalo sauce on it and you have to specifically ask for it to not be there and hung up on her. Having my kids not eat dinner until their bedtime is in itself a a problem. Add on top the botched deliveries, the cold food, incorrect food, and attitude. This place leaves something to be desired to say the least. Definitely not the best way to run a business.
Terrible service, they misread our address and delivered our pizza 5 miles away. Had to go to the store and wait another hour to pick it up.

Ol' Reliable. You know what you are going to get with Papa John's. Staff members are courteous when you go in.
Ordered a pizza for takeout near closing with all toppings. Got home and no cheese on the pizza...no cheese! They were closed by the time I got home and noticed. Learned to not trust the employees and to always open and check the pie before leaving the store. I would have to summarize as somewhat incompetent.
What the hell happened? Pappa John's was decent cheap pizza... It suddenly became worse than pizza hut. So disappointing
