The order was scheduled to take an hour, which is twice as long as normal. After a 1.5 hours all they could say was sorry you are last on the list and the driver is only on #3. We canceled the order and had to cook dinner for the kids. There was no "sorry for your experience " or credit towards next order. It's a poorly run establishment and the employees/management dont care. Unfortunately there are limited options so they will stay around.
The new owners are cheapskates. They cut employee pay and lost most of their staff. It isn't a staffing problem its a the owners are too cheap to keep employees but yet they drive 100k cars. They are out for themselves not the working class.Do not eat here, do not work here its pure trash. This isn't India, here in America employees are not bound by your cast system. You won't treat employees horribly and think they are going to stay. They are skimping on the toppings now. Its all one big rip off. You are better off eating at dominos than this cess pool.
This was my first time tasting Marrco's Pizza. First time in store. I was met by Tyler, who took the time to disciuss the menu and offer suggestions. I was pleased withthe attention I received, my food was hot and delicious. Marco's maybe my go to spot now. Tyler was not bad on the eyes either ?
I ordered online and the pizza was ready in a few short minutes. The gentleman in the store was very friendly and provided very fast and professional service.
Great food, friendly staff, prompt delivery - love this store! Our large family Christmas eve gathering loved the pizzas, salads, and chicken nuggets. Delivered early and perfectly accurate. We will order again soon!
We ordered 4 pizzas for a birthday. The person on the phone was helpful. The delivery was on time. The pizza tasted great.
I normally would leave a good review of this restaurant, but I called in for a take out order and stayed on hold for 10 minutes. No answer. I arrived at the restaurant and they are closed. I know that it is hard to get help nowadays, but they really need to do something about fixing their website listing and answering machine. It's 2 o'clock in the afternoon. I have placed my order with their competitor and I'm on my way to pick it up.
Ordered at 1:00 for a 6:30 delivery. Called at 6:50 to be told that it would be at least another 20-25 minutes before delivery. No excuse or apology from Manager other than We we’re slammed. We don’t order often, but never again.
