Great food and drinks. Friday they have specials
La Hacienda has been our "go to" Mexican restaurant for many years. But this time was different. I ordered take out: a BEAN taco salad (no meat) with mild salsa. What I got was a beef taco salad with hot salsa. When I picked up the order I asked if I got the mild salsa. The server brought me another container of salsa which turned out to be even hotter. Next time (if there is a next time) I'll open the containers and verify everything before I leave. They did get the chips right.
This is a casual low key place that has decent food. The servers were nice, the place was clean. The food was good but not out of this world. The prices are excellent. We went on May 5th and they were very busy for obvious reasons. But, they handled it well and took care of every single customer. This is a good stop for a decent meal and some drinks.
Customer service was good. We agreed upon Margaritas, it was a Girls night out with family members from out of town. We ordered quesadillas for appetizer. It was large! Vegetables and meat were well prepared. Chicken beef Fajitas, vegetarian salad and Shrimp Habinero fajita. The rice and all other meals were not authentic as advertised. NO Mexican seasonings. Also, meals were too salty. Drinks and meals need improvement. Staff were great. Outside dining was good.
Placed an order over the phone and the wrong one was placed. When I went to pick it up I said it was fine as I was in a rush to get back to work and it was the same item, but with a different filling. When I checked my order it was incorrect altogether, but I did not have time to drive back. Maybe dine in is better but my experience was a waste of time and money.
This is definitely not my familys first time here. We are always very satisfied with the food and the service. I recommend anyone wanting authentic Mexican cuisine to eat here.
Food was ok but ordered cheese enchiladas and got chicken enchiladas. Had to go find somone because we was waiting for our waitress to come back to tell her but after a bit decided to go find somone. Then they brought the food out and my friend ordered an alcoholic beverage. After that we didn't see anyone for rest of our visit so my friend never even got her drink. Then had to go look for somone to get our check to pay. There was 3 other tables in the restaurant with people and 4 tables outside that had people so I'm not sure if they are understaffed or what but I suggest if you go here to order to go and check your food before you leave
I had called to order some food the lady there didn’t speak good English so I spoke in Spanish to her to help make it easier but she could not get my order right!! Her customer service needs to improve! I ended up ordering from another hispanic restaurant..
The nachos are really good. They have very good queso. The chicken is seasoned nicely. The nachos are very nicely flavored in the queso is really good. The server was very nice and attentive. If you have that Mexican craving and you don't want to be disappointed, this is the place for you. They also have the spin the wheel where you have a chance to win something for free which is pretty cool. They have this extra large margarita that they serve for a very affordable price. Overall I'm pretty cool place.
The food was delicious, it was timely, and our server was amazing. She took the time to run our to go box out to our car when I forgot to pick it up off the table, distracted by our toddler. Two thumbs up!
