When they don't have drivers, they still process the payment, then call to ask if you want pickup instead, and when you cancel the order it takes 24-48 hours to get your money back, and they won't allow door dash to pick it up for you.
I give Jimmy John's 2 stars because there food doesn't really pack any flavor you only get 2 options for the bread which is a slice of wheat bread or a plain sub bread also you only get provolone cheese no other cheese and I told the person who was making my food 3 times what I wanted still didn't get what I asked for she forgot 3 things on my sub and she put the wrong type of mustard not gone lie probably won't go back
this place has consistently good service and decent prices, good variety of sandwiches made fast, dependable
Great place if you're looking for good sandwiches and great staff.
Order was ready but they left out a cookie. Next time I'll check the order more carefully. The sandwiches, however, were wonderful.
Love Jimmy John's but the one in Chapel Hill is nasty and dirty the quality of the food is not good and the management is a joke, I wonder why the owner doesn't pay attention!! What happened here?

Ryan, the man who delivered my order was beyond amazing. I was missing my drink and cookie from my order and honestly I didn’t mind. I received a call from him explaining what happened and he insisted that he’d double back and get my missing items. I told him it wasn’t necessary but he delivered them before they closed and went on his way.QUALITY SERVICE FROM RYAN! Thank you!
This is now the 3rd time that I have ordered from this Jimmy John’s and waited OVER AN HOUR for food to be delivered. When calling to check on the order, the staff say “well, we only have 1 driver and he took 10 orders just now - it’s going to be another 20 minutes at least.” Absolutely ridiculous.
