SELF CENTERED GREEDY BUSINESS!They never do their part of the job which is preparing orders near the estimated pickup times, instead they’re making delivery drivers wait extra 15-20 minutes and asking them to show their phones for verification instead of verifying verbally which is what supposed to be.I recommend local business like Hibachi & Co or Mr. Tokyo nearby for better quality food, service and work ethic.
Great service! The young man who prepared our plates was super friendly. They give you plenty of food. Don't forget the yummy white SAUCE. Also, note: CLOSED SUNDAYS!!

It's decent hibachi. Good customer service, enough to keep me coming back here. I'll be trying other things on the menu very soon. The restaurant is in tip top shape though, very clean. My only other negative was it did take a little while to get the food but it didn't affect the experience.

The prices there are great, you get a good amount of food based on what you want. Place is really nice and clean, their service is great as well, everyone masked up. They are SUPER FAST when it comes to getting the food out. I paid my meal with card and when I finished signing, the food was already out for me! Great experience, definitely a go-to place!
I'm hanging out with my siblings, and I ordered the Hibachi Steak and Shrimp- It tasted delicious as always; we went on Saturday, my siblings had ordered a bunch of other stuff! The service was excellent; we ended up staying for a good hour just chatting, a chill place to hang out to talk!
Too bad ZERO stars isn't an option...This place was SO much better when it was located off Elliott Rd. Now, they watch you while you eat because they want to make sure that you don't take any of the ginger and white sauces home even if you have leftovers!!! THEY HAVE EVEN STOPPED PROVIDING LIDS TO THE LITTLE CLEAR SAUCE CUPS SO IF YOU TRY TO TAKE ANY HOME, IT WILL SPILL EVERYWHERE!! They make PLENTY of money off the food - a SIDE OF JUST VEGGIES (no meat, no rice) is $8.00!!! - so to treat the people who keep them in business like that is greedy and rude! It definitely shows that they could CARE LESS about their customers!! My advice? These places come a dime a dozen. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE where you can eat in peace and enjoy WHAT YOU PAID FOR!!!

Ordered over the phone and waited in the parking lot, just to go in and be told that I never placed my order. Thanks for wasting my time. I definitely called the right place, I got the number off their menu inside.
