Suddenly they got trust issues with UberEats drivers over cookies? Even though they are the ones making mistakes with orders like missing items etc. (Just happened yesterday)I won’t be accepting their deliveries from today on because it’s insulting that they make me mark “order picked up” on the app.We work as a independent contractor not your personal slave!
This restaurant treated my friend and I with absolutely no respect. I have never witnessed this lack of customer service by any other establishment that I’ve been paying customer for. After promoting a menu item that was not yet available and making us wait for it, then saying that we were unable to wait inside the restaurant until it was done I was appalled. As a paying customer, I feel that an employee should at least devote some sort of respect and kindness to any and other patrons. However, this was not the case. In the future, I hope that employees learn how to treat customers and how to be decent human beings.
Every time I order from the Chapel Hill location my cookies aren't delivered anywhere near when they're supposed to be if at all. I've loved their cookies since undergrad so I gave them second and third chances but EVERY time I order from them the cookies aren't delivered. This is definitely an issue of understaffing not the fault of the employees!

The next time the clerk gives me a bad attitude when he's serving cookies and milk late night I'm going to jump across the counter and *give him a sweet honest opinion*. He acts like it's a huge inconvenience to ask anyone, even the simplist of questions. I watched them give five customers attitude in a row last night, don't like your job? -quit

Poor service at least for walk-in. They refused to take my order claiming they were too busy with online orders. Had a much better experience at other locations! For this location, online must be the way to go.

When the whole selling point of a place is warm cookies its really disappointing that the last few times they haven’t been at all. I know the bigwich was made with cold cookies because the icings cold and not melted in the slightest. Not to mention several baked cookies a few minutes too long (not burnt but still mediocre). It’s disappointing because this store has been good in the past but now its just a waste of money. You're better off buying cookies at the grocery store made a day or two ago and microwaving them since you have to reheat these. I dont want to get any employees reprimanded but i want other customers to know theyre gonna be let down
