My husband and I enjoyed our Anniversary dinner at Il Palio in the most serene environment. The service was great and the food was absolutely amazing. I love that they offer two portion sizes so you can experience more than one of the amazing dinners. .The Haw River mushrooms are a must have and next time I hope to try the Chef's Tasting Menu.
Outstanding service from the very minute we arrived. The entire staff seemed to be happy we were there. The waiter was especially attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Our dinner was incredible! I will definitely go back again if I am in the area.

Absolutely amazing. I'm Italian and I can say that my dinner at Il Palio was an explosion of flavors that bring me back to my country. The octopus was exceptional and the truffle tagliatelle too. The wine selection is amazing. Awesome experience, I'll come back for sure. 5 stars

Dining at Il Palio was a true experience! The ambiance was beautiful with tea light candles and soft music playing. The customer service was top tier as they were very attentive to our every need. The food was true Italian cuisine at its finest. The pasta was delectable, the drinks were superb, and the desserts were âmelt in your mouthâ deliciousness. There was not a single bad moment during this dining experience. I would highly recommend for a cozy, intimate, delicious meal.
