Went to this establishment on a whim when I was visiting with my step grandfather....have to say one of the BEST Hibachi I've had in my life. Anytime I'm in the area, ill be making a stop here.
My all time favorite hibachi. Literally better than hibachi from jersey. I love all the veggies they add I actually feel like I'm eating healthy when I eat here.
First experience last night 4/30/22 with my family. It was the worst taste! All order shrimp and chicken hibachi dinners around 9p. Spent $50 dollars on this and had to throw it in the trash. Vegetables was old not fresh, rice was old not fresh, steak and some mushrooms were not fresh and shrimp was not tasty. It was an overall bad experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone! And even if I was offered free food, I still would not eat here and don't you either.
Love the hibachi chicken and usually pick up myself, but tonight I ordered via Grub Hub. I was disappointed that there was no ginger sauce. Not sure whether the restaurant or the delivery driver was at fault.
My favorite restaurant in Chapel Hill. Their service is quick, and their food is delicious. I almost always order the Hibachi Chicken. The portions are extremely generous, and it is a great value for the price. The white sauce they make is also amazing. Would recommend for dine in or takeout.
I had two orders one was hibachi steak and teriyaki chicken. There is no teriyaki sauce, the steak was tough and bland. Had high hopes since it was rated so high.
We've ordered from this place so many times and we used to love it, however we ordered a vegetarian and tofu dish for a friend and this restaurant put chicken in it. She observes vegetarianism due to her religion and she unknowingly took a bite of her dish because we trusted Hibachi & Company. We called and asked if they could possibly give us some kind of refund because they messed up her order, but they refused to do anything about it and hung up on us multiple times. We will never order from this place ever again, they treat their customers so poorly!
This restaurant refuses to respect anyone who is religiously vegetarian. My friend ordered a vegetarian tofu dish because she observes Hinduism and they put chicken in it. We called to ask if they could possibly fix their mistake, and they hung up on us multiple times and didn't do anything.
this place is SO BAD!!!!!!! WE ORDERED VEGETARIAN AND TOFU DISH FOR OUR HINDU FRIEND AND THEY PUT CHICKEN IN IT! THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT FOR US WE'RE NEVER ORDERING HERE EVER AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOURE RELIGIOUS THEY DONT RESPECT YOUR RELIGION AT ALL
Their teriyaki is so bad. I’ve had chicken and shrimp from them, and the meals are literally DEVOID of teriyaki sauce???? The chicken looked and tasted like it had been thawed and cooked the day before, and the shrimp was okay other than not having any teriyaki sauce at all and the burnt zucchini. I don’t get the hype!!!
