I am so incredibly tired giving this place "second" chances (four or five chances at this point, so shame on me right?) They constantly close early, like 30 minutes early and when you arrive at that time they literally gawk at you with disgusting eyes making you not want to order anymore. Their tenders are ridiculously small and all different sizes. Never go at night and for that matter, at all! I'm done with this place. Never again! ***and I rarely give poor reviews.....
Took way too long to get the food. However it was worth the wait.
Hardee's on Farrington Rd. is just as bad as McDonald's when it comes to ordering a milkshake. I've been told on 6 different occasions that they don't have ice cream or the machine is down. Those 6 times I went were for my special needs son. He would ask for a Hardee's milkshake when he received a great report on his IEP, report card, etc. Shame on you, Hardee's!
Today, my breakfast biscuit was a bit too soft and it was sliced unevenly. Everything else was perfect.
I had stopped by tonight after working over 10+hours to get something to bring home to eat. They were closed at 9:40 on a Saturday night. That’s a bad idea. I left hungry and frustrated. I thought it closes at 10 (?)What was more frustrating was the young Latina lady with dark hair and glasses acted like I had done something wrong by the look on her face and her body language. I don’t want anything—just thought accountability was needed here.
The Lady who took our order was very patient with us and the Family ahead of us how's Mother and Father both had walkers but it was a good feeling as you saw the smiles on their faces....??????????

Good food, good service even though staffing is a challenge for this restaurant just like all other fast food establishments, yet they manage to maintain their usual quality.
Got the top burger on the menu but with no cheese. The best thing about the sandwich was all onions and lettuce. The best thing about the burger was that it was so thin and skimpy it didn't interfere with the veggies. And anyway the whole thing is mostly bread.Not going back.
Food is good but burger was over cooked and sandwich was dry. Fries were delicious.
