First time here eating, loved the steak and cheese, pickles are good too. Not crowded
The store had 1 other person it in the entire time we placed our order waited and then left with our food. I ordered mushrooms and there was 1 mushroom on the entire sub. It was a very weak sandwich. Normally they're full and you're getting getting you paid for. But it was more bread than it was anything. The onions and green peppers tasted like they'd been left out for days. Won't be going back to this location.
The worse. Didn't see staff wearing mask. An employee was outside smoking then came back in to make sandwich. Didn't see or hear her wash her hands. No hair net on hair.
This was my first time at Fire house Subs, and will be my last. The sub was absolutely disgusting, the chili had no flavor what so ever. The Mac and cheese, hardly had any flavor and the pickle didn’t even taste like a pickle. The man at the register that took our order was rude, instead of giving us a few minutes to look at the menu and decide what we want, he stared at us and make me feel like we were wasting his time.
I got Firehouse at this location today and the employees were not wearing masks. I specifically asked if this was not required for indoors and the employee didn’t make eye contact and said “not for employees”. However, currently in Orange County, NC it is mandated for indoors. Very disappointed especially as I had my 1 year old child with me that is vulnerable to this virus. It is a simple task to wear a mask and it is currently mandated by law. I will find another firehouse to get my subs from.
Good sandwich.... Not thrilled employees aren't wearing masks.
Good staff clean business
Ordered a ham & cheese sub but was given turkey. When I tried to call to tell them what was wrong because I knew they were closing in 29 minutes no one answered the phone & hung up on me several times. When my husband got there they were of course closed & meanwhile I'm still stuck with the wrong sandwich.
New meatball sub has great sauce!
The turkey bacon ranch is one great sub on wheat
