Service at this location is surprisingly awful.

The staff did their duties but were totally without any enthusiasm. The donuts were adequate but stale and the coffee was not up to the usual for Dunkin.

Horrible customer service

Had a pleasant experience, staff was nice. Donuts were fresh and delicious. The staff loved them.

They are consistently slow and get orders wrong. Most recently I ordered a latte and the container was half full. I walked in at 3:45 and didn't get my order until 4:05 with one person in front of me. The person behind me left without being served. This is not an isolated incident either, every single time I come to this location I either get the wrong order or it takes an inordinate amount of time. Don't waste your time or money at this Dunkin.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and Bob ( the general manager) says he’s gonna call you back because you got promised something that you never got from Chris the old GM and then Bob turns around and does the same thing. Obviously a new GM isn’t gonna change a thing!!!

There is a better selection of cheaper donuts at my Durham WalMart. Came in to buy a dozen for a business. They had maybe 8 choices. BUT, they have $$$ coffee drinks. I would like to give a shout-out to "Kenya" and "Kea". These two girls have smiles that could light up Dodger stadium. I came in on a rainy Friday, feeling a bit blue, but once I spent 5 minutes with these two 'tag-team', I was all smiles. They have enough staff, so never a wait, it very clean. I keep coming back! : ^ )

Every time I come to this location they screw up my coffee order. I’m not sure how hard it is to understand that I want a iced caramel latte but for some reason they NEVER put caramel in my drink. I’ve started asking for extra caramel to ensure that I get caramel in my drink and guess what? It’s still just an iced latte. I went back to the store today, completely fed up, and asked to speak to a manager who acted nonchalant about the fact that a customer was telling them that for 6 months, they’ve been screwing up my order. Needless to say, they have lost my business for good. Also most of the time the coffee tastes burnt so even if it did have caramel in it, I wouldn’t like it. My tip: if you order a flavored coffee drink, don’t pull off until you taste it. There’s a chance it will be regular coffee.
