On National Donut Day 6/3/22 I ordered 2 dozen donuts and a box of joe to be delivered to the hospital nurses station for the nurses caring for my brother in law. Only 1 dozen donuts and coffee were delivered. The Uber driver stated that the teenaged staff working at pick up were goofing off and unorganized. The place closed so I was unable to get 2nd dozen! Very disappointed in both Dunkin’ and Uber eats for this whole delivery disaster!
Went in at 9am May 24th 2022. Place was empty except for one person in front of me. Saw at least 3 people working behind the counter. The guy in front of me had been standing there since before I walked in. I stood there waiting for close to 10 minutes. No one ever acknowledged me or the guy in front of me. Two workers looked right at us. No help. I had been in a few days earlier while it was really busy and the service was great. One star for sluggish, inconsistent staff.
In my opinion it is a 4.5. Obviously they have donuts and they are good. I would highly recommend getting the Iced Coffee with French vanilla pumps in it. Also hot chocolate is amazing. As a predecessor to the Krispy Kreme that closed on Franklin Street, it has lived up to it, to the best it can be. Ain't nobody better than Krispy Kreme. But Dunkin is a good replacement for the town.
Mostly young kids with bad attitudes, my "coffee" which for the most part is known for being "hot" is only sometimes hot and out of all the things to do consistently making sure the coffee is hot every time should be the easiest thing, it's unacceptable I'd rather just make my own coffee, one should never choose convenience over being treated like a decent person.
Received a different order from DoorDash. Got a order for Lilly H. No way to get in contact with Dunkin. They should really watch what dashers are getting. 3rd time having a problem.
I don’t mean to be rude or anything, but a co-worker of mine came to grab two dozens of donuts from this specific Dunkin D... She walked in with a $100 bill, but unfortunately, we couldn’t use it as they don’t accept anything above $20. My co-worker didn’t see the sign as it was on the right side, as your waiting for the order, rather than being in the front where you order. We asked if we could break it, like order more dozens get some change back- The manager replied yelling across the room saying “not happening!”. Her sister and a group of friends were also at Dunkin Donut at the time, so she asked if she could pay for their order since it was a $100.. The manager still said no rudely, told her she isn’t getting her pocket money out to change her $100 to broken cash. My co-worker had to head all the way back home to grab some spare cash, and pay the rest on Apple Pay, since they wouldn’t even let her buy more donuts than two dozen, just to get the spare cash back.(Today January 24th: 10:00am-10:30am)Another time my co worker had came here to order some donuts before they closed, like 2 hours before- They immediately threw away all the donuts and told her there isn’t anymore and that they are closed! 2 hours before closing, they threw everything away! Two of THE worst experiences!
They must staff this place from the local middle school or something. No regard for masks or hygiene to be seen. My order always takes forever and is usually incorrect or missing a component. Employees always yelling at/over each other and they treat customers like annoyances. This whole city has absolutely dreadful customer service but this place really takes the cake.
Cashier was unaware of the veterans day free donut. I pointed it out to her on their sign behind the counter. They eventually figured it out. Other than that the staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife loves the pumpkin donut.
My drink was not made properly. Customer was lousy. Guy threatened me. Workers shouting at each other and taking it out on the Customer. Manager and cashier should not be by themselves running the business.
Terrible customer service…. Both employees have their masks under their chins and only pulls them up on request…. Employee comes to the counter and slams hands down and say… can I help you with a glare…. I asked her to pull up her mask and she snaps it up with attitude…. So I asked the other employee to help me…. Who gets upset and tells me that other employee is the general manager and has been there since 3am that’s why she is upset… and I stated that it is not my fault and we as customers still deserve good customer service…. She is now saying Oh My God and mumbling while going to fix my coffee… so I left… I don’t know what will end up in my coffee! I understand that there is an employee shortage but we all are facing life’s issues and need to still be kind to each other….. never gonna buy there again!
