I ordered yesterday for delivery and there was a mix up with what was delivered — we must have gotten someone else’s order. I called them to let them know and they fixed it right away by putting my order in again and re-delivering quickly. The new pizza we got was fresh out of the oven and exactly what we ordered. Pleased with how quickly it was resolved; that’s great customer service!
James was great. Very nice man. I really enjoyed going there. Food was outstanding! Did forget my coke, but before I left the parking lot I went back and got it. They also did not give me my order of wings. I mistaked it as cheese bread. Pandemic special. He was the only one working, so it is understandable and I was early. I would definitely go back and loved the food! They will likely be moving across the street by 2023.
I have ordered from here twice now and both times my order was wrong and nobody would answer the phones.

Delivery driver literally almost ran me & my kids over in a shopping center parking lot. And then had the nerve to beep the horn at us! Older white gentlemen delivering to a business at 1200 Raleigh Rd center on 10/29 around 2pm. Slow down and yield to pedestrians!

I was refused on getting a refund on an order, I ended up losing about 30$ on pizza because I went to the wrong location but through the phone the service seemed well, If I get my refund I’ll surely bump this up to 5* but you see where I’m coming from

I recommend this place because the service was good for being delivery. The delivery time was good and the food was good and hot. I was visiting the area and I will call and order again when I am there, expecting the same good service and food.
