I have been here twice, the first time was a pleasant experience so I decided to come back for lunch again. The guy that took my order was very nice but the guy at the register was very rude. A guy with a beard and glasses. I asked him about the seltzers and kept giving me short replies. If I was familiar with the brands, I would not have been asking questions in the first place. He was so rude that the first guy(the one that took my order) rushed over to answer my question and to give me his recommendation. After that the rude guy took my payment. I asked him about napkins and a bag(they just bagged everything up on my previous visit so I didn't know any different) and he told me to get them myself. I would have given 1 star if it wasn't for the nice previous visit and the one helpful guy that prepared my food. You shouldn't have such a nasty person running the register
I only recently became familiar with this chain but in comparing this location to the another I visited I was disappointed that my salad wasn't chopped well for my online order (my avocado was whole). It's my opinion that when it's chopped well you are able to get more for your money. That didn't stop me from shoveling the large leaves in my mouth as it was delicious but I might not order online again for this location.
My order was ready extremely quickly, like 20 minutes earlier than I set it to be when I put it through. The only problem was that I was given regular rice instead of cauliflower rice. I can’t eat regular rice, but I also work full time in a restaurant and I know how annoying/cumbersome it can be to remake orders, besides this it seemed like they might be having a rough night and I didn’t want to add to it. I just figured I’d cut my losses and only eat the toppings from my bowl instead.
Good place, I like this restaurant chain. It was easy to order my own bowl and pick out ingredients. The reason for a star deduction is that the rice was undercooked and very hard in my warm grain bowl. Not sure if this an off day or it is a frequent occurrence. Either way, nice staff and easy to order. I’ll be back and hopefully the rice will be better cooked.
Always great. You can order ahead online which is convenient but UNC students get 15% off when they show their ID in store. So if you’re a student, just wait to order and purchase when you get there. Plus it’s never busy and always quick.
Staff was friendly and made my salad quick! I ordered a caesar salad to try this place out, but didn’t really enjoyed it because it was literally a large bowl of lettuce and kale with barely any dressing and 3 pieces of croutons so it was a bit flavorless. Maybe it was what I got but I expected more for the price of it :(
Amazing salad bar. Always hits the spot & is usually large enough to save half for lunch. I would give 5 stars but the mac & cheese has been sold out or cold the last 3 times I've ordered. I tried the shrimp on the last order & it tasted like bleach. ?
Ate there Tuesday night 12.14 and the employees were so friendly. They were welcoming and were laughing and joking with us. The girl (I feel bad I didn’t get any names) who was helping me pick out ingredients was so so nice and patient. Great attitude goes a long way with me. We’ll be back.
Ordered the cheese burger medium (with some pink) as they say. Ended up being wel done. I've had much better burgers at other restaurants. Each beer order got switched. So I got my friends beer and he got mine ,twice. Parking was terrible and on Friday night the noise level is so loud. I may try it one more time just to see .
I've been to other Chopt stores before. They were tiny and very little variety. This place was huge! Friendly staff. Outdoor seating. Needed a little salt is all.
