Two stars because the food (when correct) is reliably filling and better/fresher than somewhere like Taco Bell. But, there is no point whatsoever in ordering online. In the majority of times we've ordered online, they hadn't even started the order by the estimated time it would be ready. And it's not a matter of how busy they are, just seemingly a lack of organization.Which is all bad enough, but the likelihood of an accurate order also plummets when ordering online. If you like the food, just order in person. It'll get made faster *and* you can make sure they fulfill it accurately.
This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any restaurant. I waited in line for 17 minutes to order one burrito. There were only 3 people ahead of me who were each only ordering one item also. When I walked out there were 12 people waiting in line, they barely fit inside. The employees are incredibly unfriendly. Do not come here.
My first visit to this location. It's the basic set up for this franchise, it appears a bit smaller than I'm accustomed to, no big deal, just making an observation. During this visit on a Saturday the restaurant was not busy, therefore there was not a significant wait time. The service was fast and the associate was attentive to my request for my order; I was very pleased with that. The staff was also friendly and everyone appeared to be busy and engaged in their task.I opted to dine in, I had my selection trackers. I did notice the tables could use some cleaning. I was able to manage, but they could use some attention. The floor wasn't visibly dirty with napkins or food, that was a good thing. I also took a trip to the restroom and found it was clean, another plus.Overall, I'm satisfied with the visit, if in the area I would return and recommend.
I stop by Chipotle quite frequently now on my way to work. I used to only go when I was in a rush but now I make an effort to stop by because it improves my day.Recently, Logan has been the one to make my order. I don’t know if he was brought in from another l location to help improve this one but he’s made a world of a difference. He’s incredibly sociable, friendly, and really improves the atmosphere of the location. You could tell he puts effort into his work and other customers love him too. Not only that, but he cooked the veggie mixture today and it was easily the best bowl I’ve had.Chipotle needs more employees like him!
I went there in July I haven't been back since the Manager talk to very neasty when I was in line over a my mask being a little lower under my nose, and two feet always from was customer eating no mask on, I walk out and never return to this store.
Do not ever try to order food from their own app for delivery from this location. I work in at a store in eastgate shopping center on the weekends and am usually the only one working so I can’t leave the store, so I order from the chipotle app for delivery this is now the SECOND time in one month my order is completely wrong and when I tell the delivery person they refuse to take it back saying it’s not their problem. Chipotle support is no help and if you try to call the actual store front - it’s a waist because they won’t answer. I’m currently on hold with chipotle support , have been on hold 29 minutes. The ticket on my bag has my correct order printed, but the food in the bag is always incorrect not even a little bit incorrect , for example I ordered a burrito bowl salad and received a chicken quesadilla.
I usually try to give stores the benefit of the doubt, but rude employees coupled with empty promises is not a good look.I ordered online, got my food, all is well. Bought a drink specifically for the sweet tea just to notice they’re out. Oh.. Okay. I ask the girl at the front when they’re making some more. Apparently they’re not. At 12pm on a Sunday. Ok…So I ask for a refund. She grabs who I assume is the manager and they tell me they’ll make some more for me and come and get me, should be about 10 minutes. I sit down and wait. And wait. And wait. I see 4 people also try to get tea. Nothing. Ok…I go to the front so they can see me again. No acknowledgment. Granted there were a lot of people coming in now. I wait.35 minutes later and still nothing. So I’m probably just gonna leave. This just goes to say that I wouldn’t recommend this Chipotle, mainly due to the irritation you can expect along with your meal. Not to mention my food was cold. Great.
Don’t let the current pictures fool you, the new portion sizes couldn’t even feed a 13 year old child. The portions were reasonable a couple of months ago but now they are scarce! Bowls used to be filled to the top now you’re lucky if it’s more than half way there. It’s more rice and beans than anything else, and the protein is almost non existent. Even the server knew he messed up when I asked for more steak. The website says 4 ounces but it looked like I got 2 instead. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else if you don’t want to go to sleep hungry. You’ve been warned.
they were out of several ingredients but that is to be expected with the supply chain shortages. the food was good, the staff was friendly, and the dining room was clean.
Service was very slow. There was food spread everywhere. The Guac had a nice layer of brown on it. I will never go back to this store.
