I hope Stacie is able to read the following... I put my order under “Stew” or “Stu”. I ordered a 12 piece nuggets and fries and then said I would leave a google review... so here is it!I always have a great experience with this particular Chic-fil-A. I would like to recognize - - -> Stacy S <- - - (Shift Manager) who served me Friday, 22 July @ around 8:10pm. She is professional. She is focused. She is accurate. I think she would make an excellent candidate for promotion as she possesses understated managerial skills just waiting to be utilized. Stacie is both subtly assertive and efficient with a warm disposition that made me feel comfortable and understood. It’s obvious that she is customer-centric with each and every guest.
I love Chick-fil-A. Great sandwiches and salads. And the peach shake - YUM! I always use the app to order takeout. Sometimes that lets me avoid the line. App is easy to use.
Upgraded to a large fries and was very disappointed in the portion I received. Fries were soggy as well, not crispy :/Sandwich was done good though. I’d just be wary of coming here if you usually get fries with your meal. I saw some other reviews complaining about the same thing
Not awesome. Food is fine; portions not up to par with the rest of Chick-fil-A franchises. Often forget parts of orders. Customer service sub par; definitely not what is expected of Chick-fil-a brand
I love Chick-fil-A! When the new location in Chapel Hill opened up we we’re thrilled. My experience at this location has been less than desirable. Hit or miss. Twice we got sandwiches that was soggy. Called and they wanted us to drive back. This evening we ordered two southwest salads and a order large fries. We got home and no salad dressing with both salads. In addition, we ordered a large order of fries. Our fries were pieces of waffle fries not one whole waffle fry at all. I guess we should of checked before we left Chick-fil-A. But you are so rushed through the drive up line we just took it for granted our order would be correct. I guess we should consider stopping at the Durham location in the future. We did love the peach shake!
Placed order inside the restaurant for 12ct of Nugget and Sweet Tea for take out. When I arrived in my place, I discovered that only 8ct of Nugget were inside the white box. I immediately called the restaurant and made a complaint. The lady who answered my call asked me to come back again to the restaurant to correct the order or refund the difference, so I drove back again for another 8 miles just to correct their mistakes. What a waste of Gas and Time. Somebody there doesn’t know how to count or very irresponsible crew. Very Disappointed Customer…
I didn't eat there but my coworker did and from what I seen in the drive thru they were fast professional and keep the line that I thought would take for ever moving rather quickly.
I ordered breakfast for my family on the app. I double checked the order before I paid for it. We get to the drive thru and tell them that we placed a mobile order. He asked if we wanted him to repeat it, so he did, nice guy! Get to the ball field and my daughter does not have her breakfast. I called and the manager Lauren, I believe, was trying to be kind but got frustrated with me and hung up on me. I was trying to tell her my frustration, and her just telling me she was sorry didn’t change the fact that my kid was looking forward to CFA, I paid for it, and didn’t get it. This is not typical of other CFA locations.
This chickfila worked really hard to make my visit great I went through and my card didn't go through before letting me leave they offered to cover it all I had a 20 on me but they still covered the rest I was getting combos for some kids and I thought it was very sweet they didn't know that is was for that but another place would have sent me on my way without a thought big special shout out to kellum, amelia amd the chickfila staff for being caring
Probably one of the best Chick-fil-a’s I ever visited. Friendly staff, fast service & fresh food! I will be visiting frequently :)
