Looking out from my hotel balcony, this little restaurant caught my eye. It seemed pretty busy and thus looked promising. I ordered online for takeout and walked to pick it up. I got the fried chicken with a boba. The fried chicken tastes way better than it looks! Well seasoned and not dry at all. The egg and the veggies balance everything and make for a delicious meal. The boba was okay but the food was great!
The first time that I visited chapel hills can’t taste the snow…. , today we did and is delicious. The place has an environment super cool… the customer services is excellent and the team is very pending of the orders. A lot people and students come to enjoy the food and the others things offered by the menú. I’m felt very fortunately found this cafe .. is wonderfully!
Very friendly and clean environment. They have a great menu of drinks and food to choose from. I've tried only the peach boba and it was incredible. A must try if you enjoy boba or even if you've never tried it before.
Their boba tea is delish. Double dirty tiger is my favorite!
Cha House in Chapel Hill is my favorite bubble tea shop in the Triangle area. My go-to drinks rotate between thai tea with boba, lychee green tea with lychee jelly, and wintermelon green tea with lychee jelly. Don’t forget to pick up the loyalty card to get your 11th drink for free!
We have been coming here for over two years for milk tea and recently the experience has been awful. The past three times we ordered wintermelon milk tea with boba, half sweet. First, we understand that the wintermelon flavoring is part of the sugar, so when it is less sweet, it is less flavorful. That being said, the past three times we have ordered, there has been NO wintermelon flavoring. It is a very distinctive flavor, so when it is absent, it is obvious. The first time this happened, we just drank the plain milk tea because it obviously wasn't terrible or anything, but it was a little disappointing to not get what we ordered. The second time, we waited until we got home and just called to let them know, not looking for a refund, but just to point out the mistake because we were noticing a trend. This third time tonight, we actually turned around and drove back. They took our drinks and added regular sugar and handed them back to us STILL without wintermelon flavoring. We don't plan on getting our tea here anymore.

I ordered a matcha taro milk tea with boba and cream cheese cap. The presentation was nice and the milk tea was delicious. It was the perfect amount of sweetness, though you can request it to your liking. The boba were the perfect consistency, not tough, not too mushy. The store was clean, the service was good and prompt.
The oolong milk tea was really good compared to some I’ve had at other places. The boba was soft and chewy. They get your sugar level right do you don’t have to worry about it being too sweet or too bland. They have a lot of drinks and food choices to choose from. Makes a great place to hang or do work.
Taste good especially the food.
