Thought it might be a cool place to meet ladies but the only one with somewhat of a pulse was behind the counter. I might pop in occasionally
It's fine. The brewed coffee is decent (I think better than Starbucks) and the cold brew is really good. I don't usually get the fancy drinks so maybe those are way better? It was fairly busy inside and outside the day I was there but still didn't have to wait especially long.
It's a great spot. Coffee. Customer service. Chill. Comfy. And the cold brew ice coffee is sensational. What a smooth buzz.
Visited for a free coffee promo. Good coffee but very slow. Only 2 baristas working. And no trash cans on the outdoor seating area.
Good coffee. Kids at work there are nice. Parking is a little funny, but I'm going again.

I was surprised at how much I really liked their iced coffees. Starbucks was packed and understaffed as usual so I decided to try somewhere else and caribou is just as good if not better despite not having as many options. I did wait about 10-15 minutes for my two xl iced coffees but that is to be expected so close to/on campus.
Conveniently located near the University of North Carolina. The service and the coffee is exactly what you would expect from all coffee shops. Friendly service. Great coffee. Enjoy!
Favorite place in the Chapel Hill are for coffee! Spent lots of time here when I was a student at UNC and I always make a point to visit when I’m back in town. Great coffee, great atmosphere, and very friendly employees! Thanks Caribou
