Thank you for always serving your shakes! I appreciate it. Other BKs always have some excuse for not having shakes available. I’m a fan of the Oreo shakes.
Very poor service, I stop by, just about every morning, and you never know if they will be open or not, if they are having a bad day, they make sure you know it, and few mornings, you can see them inside the store during working hours, and they won't say a word to you. I waited a while before posting this, hoping it was an emergency, but it happens alot.
This BK is incredibly slow, nothing about this BK is fast food. Go elsewhere.
High rating because of great customer service. A lady by the name of Aaliyah ( I think that is her name) working on the drive thru on Oct 16th around 4-6 pm. Was very cordial when taking my order. It was nice to hear! Most locations withing Durham (this was in Chapel Hill) are horrible. She was very polite.Food: the food was good too. Except for the jalapeño poppers, they empty inside at least 5 or odd the 8 pieces I bought. Fix that!Otherwise, it was s good visit! ?
One of the best burger kings food was hot and amazing I recommend it.
