We sat at a two-top in the bar, it was just a bit noisy. The dining room is quiet.
For such an establishment and prices, I expected vastly more. While no denying the meal was good, the steak was on the cusp of being too salty and on the cusp of being undercooked and quite difficult to cut with so many tough tendons. It does not help that the knives are among the dullest Iâve used at steak houses. While I was not articulately disappointed at anything, I was also not impressed with the entire experience as well. Therefore, I cannot, in good conscious, recommend my experience. The staff was wonderful and the ambience relaxing.

Everything was wonderful, as usual, although we do miss the lobster gnocchi.
We sat at a high-top in the bar area and were treated to an evening with Dino. He was our bartender and server. His solid recommendations and his ebullient personality added to the enjoyment of our evening.The Caesar and the calamari were excellent.
It was our first time eating there. The steaks were wonderful. I had a filet and my husband had the bone in filet, both medium rare. We got the chimichurri and the red wine Demi glacé. Weâre were surprised they tasted different with different steaks. Overall, it was excellent. We were disappointed in the dessert. We split the molten chocolate cake, but it was very small. We didnât mind the size as much as paying $15 for a dessert that was only worth 1/2 that much.
Our server was Tom and he was very knowledgeable in guiding us on everything on the menuâ¦.entrees, wine, and cheeses.
Eh. This was not our best trip to Bin 54. The service was very friendly but super slow. We waited for everything starting with our pre-dinner drinks. My steak was tough. I ordered it medium rare but it came medium well and it was just not a great cut of meat. Even the cocktails were a little off. A lot of vermouth in the Manhattan, mediocre French 75. We will be back but it wasnât our best meal.
We loved it. Tuna and duck were fantastic. Service excellent. Best dining experience in the last 2 years.
