The staff was extremely friendly and the ice cream was delicious!
Terrible cake service! Ordered and paid for a cake and when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready. They had already charged me, then made a bad replacement and spelled my wife's name wrong! Never again will I go to this place.

Very pleased with the customer service, workers were very kind. The wooden spoons are a great plus and good for the environment! Atmosphere was lovely, and the cleanliness was very nice.
Great ice cream, but the 2 night staff we've seen the last 3 times are usually in really bad moods. Kinda ruins the fun of going to get ice cream. I think we're done going here, and we went down the street to a competitor and their stuff was friendly. We likely won't be back.
I visited Ben & Jerry’s in franklyn st. I’m giving this visit a top tier rating as the gentleman who assisted me Steve, really took the time to make me feel welcome & showed patience as I made a decision. He was knowledgeable and polite, I recommend you go see him. Thanks again.
Rude staff as soon as we walked in said we couldn’t be served without a mask. Then walked away as we were putting them on only to come back out when other customers came out and started to serve them instead of us until I spoke up. I also went to the bathroom and there was no soap. He rolled his eyes at me and said “sorry”. So if we have to wear masks, we don’t get soap to wash our hands when we’re done using the restroom? This doesn’t make sense to me and it seems they just didn’t want to serve us?♀️
Me and my family were driving through north Carolina fortunately for us we found a Ben & Jerry's and as always I have a great experience at Ben and Jerry's I definitely will come again
