Absolutely love this place the food is always amazing n the staff is always on point I highly recommend this location for all your pizza and sub needs. They really know what they're doing so check them out asap
Other review is right about “KAREN”.When owner of restaurant is not there she feels free to behave hateful and trashy, happened multiple times unfortunately.

It is obviously more than just a job for him. ***I don’t understand how anyone could give Alfredos one star. Alfredos has been a Chapel Hill Main stay for decades. I used to live in Maine but after moving back to North Carolina I knew Alfredos would be my first stop for pizza.Alfredo himself is fantastic, friendly and accommodating. He also has a fantastic memory for his regulars. He certainly has always made me feel like family.Moving onto the pizza, the flavor is excellent and the pizzas are consistent. The prices are quite fair. If you get a pizza and the crust is too chewy simply ask them to cook it a little bit more to your perfected taste. I suppose you could always have it undercooked as well. My point is that they are happy to cook at any way you choose - No matter what degree of specificity you choose.
Alfredo's is very close to the SECU Hospital House. My husband has terminal cancer. I would go there once or twice a week and get a couple of slices. I also have had pizza delivered to the hospital. They have good pizza. BUT when I get slices they are always cold. They have told me to wait for fresh hot pizza and I do, I get it back to SECU about 2 miles max and it is ICE COLD. I don't like getting cold pizza and I don't like being lied to. The first few times I thought I was mistaken, that it just cooled off but I have waited for pizza to come out of the oven and two miles later it's COLD COLD not that it isn't hot but it's COLD.
The staff are very friendly and fun. We dined in and ordered a personal pizza with 10 wings. Everything came out quick and fresh. Great environment to hang out in and enjoy their delicious pizza. Fortunately, they don't give tiny chicken wings, they give pretty big wings that are worth the price!
I ordered the pepperoni and meat lovers pizza. They were good. I like the meat lovers pizza more because of the meat options. I had this delivered. It was delivered fresh. This is a good pizza place for the family. If you're having movie night or game night. This is a great choice.
Let me tell you about my man Alfredo! The guy has assembled a team in there that gets it ? very nice location and restaurant. I stopped by on my road trip to the coast and didn't regret it. I took home two pies and two cheese bread. The sauce? Brilliant! Best I had. Just stop reading this and go. The menu is stacked too, just go.

Had it delivered no napkins food cold like it sat under a warmer for long time garlic knots just plain sucked so much oil mozzarella.sticks would have been ok but again cold would not recommend . The driver was nice
In order to have good pizza, it must be hand thrown.alfredos is all that , real food . ,Real pizza .all entree's are good, have been eating there for ten years .clean restaurant and clean kitchen.great place to bring a date or company .and yes ,the owner works there .?
