Beautiful restaurant and delicious Italian food. We went for a rehearsal dinner here in their back room that is enclosed with tall glass roofing. We had a group menu to choose from. I loved the salmon dinner, salad and the so yummy flourless chocolate cake, raspberry ice cream, fudge and whipped is something I would definitely go back for. I loved how creamy the creme burle was as well.

We are among many regular patrons of 411 West. Very good restaurant, nice indoor environment with outside seating available too. Many patrons enjoy the bar as well.

Average. It was cold and not comfy setting. The artichoke dip was served cold, a first for us. The chicken parm was good but the sauce was sub-par. Lemon seafood dish also meh. Ordered a martini that was served a little over half full.

I really like the place. I've been going frequently lately and enjoyed great food, excellent service, and a good ambiance. Definitely one of the places to go on Franklin st. I will come back!

Rehearsal dinner for about 36 people went without a single hiccup. Room was perfect, meals were amazing, staff was outstanding and all very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

my go to for date nights. love the paperdelle bolognese! all the noodles are handmade and the desserts plus coffee are to die for! cannot speak highly enough about this place! also there is a cute outside seating area with a clear ceiling/greenhouse feel!

Excellent Italian. Fresh ingredients and a good selection of drinks. One of the best salads I've had in sometime. Definitely a must dine. CHEERS??

Used to be one of our favorites and we were so excited about dining here again for the first time in a couple years. The atmosphere and service were excellent as always. The meal was good, but not as flavorful as I remember. I had Caesar salad and Chicken Parmesan

What can I say about this cafe? The location is great, the food is good, and the service is OK.Our first time being here, but I was expecting a warmer greeting at the door. Maybe a little more "Amore", and less "Impersonale", this would help make a lasting first impression.I would highly recommend that this cafe train their staff on the true definition of scallops and not tell any vegetarian that scallops are onions, that advice doesn't bid well for specific dietary restrictions.Unfortunately, Gnocchi is only a starter, so order 2 or move on to an actual entree. The lasagna is large and in charge and will fill you up, but unfortunately, unlike an authentic Italian restaurant, there will be no bread to soak up the sauce. An espresso and vanilla creme brulee here are definitely a safe bet.Cheers!
