The service is fantastic, it truly shows that those who work here know what they are doing, and enjoy doing it as well. Always clean, there is hardly ever a long wait for food. To top it off I can’t recall a time when they messed up my order. Which is a rarity for all fast food places. Please keep up the phenomenal work.
It is always something with this location. Tonight we had a long black fried hair in our chicken. We ordered sweet tea and received unsweetened. I have been over charged at this location 3 separate times. If you are going to this location, please expect something to be wrong with your order.
They have changed their menu. Booooooo. Really bummed. Enjoyed the Zaxby's Club for years. No more. The sandwich I got was good, not great. Did I say how bummed I am....
When you walk in you automatically notice the sticky floor.Tge register area was ok but you could see some of the equipment that looked as though it needed a deep cleaning. The tables were dirty and the Windows were dirty. I should've known something was wrong there were hardly to no customers and that's unheard of from the other locations I see cars wrapped around the building.
Eating from here leaves alot to be desired. From the completely underseasoned chicken. To completely filling cups with ice. When asked for no ice. Sub par and mediocre. It would also help of for once yall got the orders right.... you have just about joined KFC on the bottom of the chicken totem pole.
Corporate need to put people that want to work and love serving patrons.Place an order at the drive through Lady was so rude make you walk away. Drive from Cary to Apex to be served better
I love Zaxby's. This however, is the worst Zaxby's I've ever been to. Time and time again I try this location, and every time there is something wrong. Tonight, my chicken was so hard, I couldn't eat my sandwich. Previously they've given me wrong orders, cooked food poorly, and not given me all my paid for items. If you like Zaxby's, don't eat at this location.
I ordered my meal before I left work. I got to the drive through 2 minutes before the app said my order would be ready. When I got to the drive through window I received my drink and was told to pull forward and my order would be brought to me in a minute. I watched 8 cars go through the drive through after I parked to wait for my food. I went inside to check on my order and was told they were just starting on it. At that point I ran out of time and had to go back to work without food. I did receive a refund but lost a reward for cheddar bites I had on the app.Never use the app at this Zaxbys, you and your order WILL be put on the back shelf! Just use the drive through.
I paid cash and didn't get any change back and didn't receive a receipt which brings me to the conclusion that the employee pocketed my money. And the wings I ordered weren't good.
Usually Zaxbys is great but the last few times I have been to this one the food hasn't really been up to par!
