This is the best sushi restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I have lived in New York City, have traveled quite a bit and love to go out to eat, so I don’t sing this restaurant’s praises lightly. The sushi is so fresh and tasty! And if you want some thing a bit more indulgent, the Cary Parkway roll is fantastic! The owner, Thomas, takes great pride in everything here. The place is immaculate, the people who work here are wonderful and if you have not tried this and you love sushi, don’t deprive yourself any longer!
While this restaurant is a nice chill spot, the entrees are horrible. Everyone loves the sushi, but they gave me an entire chicken breast and a half, drowned and pre cut in teriyaki sauce. Not drizzled, but drowned, on a leaf. The chicken texture was that of rubber and chewy. .5 of 10, would not recommend!
Placed an order for takeout, 5 minutes after opening, and was told it would be 30-35 minutes. Arrived 45 minutes after placing the order and still had to wait another 15 minutes. Paid $70 for my food, that I was picking up for my wife. Was given the wrong order and only realized after arriving home. Again, given the wrong order and we live 30 minutes away in Apex. Called and spoke to the woman who checked me out and she said to bring it back and they would make it right, again we live 30 minutes away. We asked for a refund for the items that were incorrect, they did get 1 out of 4 rolls correct for a 25% score, I tend to expect more than that for what I’m paying for. The lady I was speaking with hung up on me. I called back and she acted like it was someone else who did it, like I am some sort of idiot. We did eventually get them to refund the incorrect items, and as soon as they agreed to this the rude lady on the phone hung up again. Good sushi, but not worth their complete lack of customer service. Staff beyond rude whether dining in or grabbing take out.

Very nice staff but the food is disgusting. Super greasy flavorless calamari (may have been undercooked too).It's hard to describe the sushi. My wife said "warm wet towel" but I don't think even that does it justice.You ever have hot sushi that's not supposed to be hot? That, but also it tastes like the juice at the bottom of the trashcan.
Wife didn't like the meal. Told the waitress and she said it is an expensive meal what is wrong. I said wife didn't like it, but what is expensive to her was not expensive to me. She brought another meal but still charged the price of the beef ribs which was horrible.
Best Sushi in the area. Most in town serve "grocery store" sushi but Yuri gets only the best fish and the presentation is fantastic.My Daughter in Law lived in Japan for years and stated she had never tasted better sushi in the US. Service is so good the waitress remembers our favorites from time to time without error. The owner often stops by to chat as well. A great place.
Restaurant has good interior. The sushi was nice, well presented and tasty. However it was overpriced compared to other places in Cary with similar quality.
Just love this place. love the food, love the atmosphere and the ladies that wait on you are kind and helpful
