I had a French dip and it was really quite good. It is a fun place to hang out with friends and watch a game. The service at the bar was a bit slow, they could have cleaned the bar and made room much faster. I though getting the bar maids attention should have been easier after the food arrived. That is the only thing that kept me from giving 5-stars.
Jeez, went this past Sunday. Not sure if it's normal to only have 2 girls (tall blonde girl and short girl with dyed hair) running it, but they needed help. They got pretty busy, so our table of 4 didn't get service. We all needed refills, boxes, and eventually the check to get out. Wings and fries were frozen. Probably everything else. Tables are WAY TOO SMALL for the huge menus, giant napkin container, condiment, and 4 humans. We ended up borrowing a chair from another table for space.
I typically enjoy this establishment. Great and friendly service by all. I stopped in on 4/14 and sat at the bar. I waited close to 10 minutes patiently for the bartender who saw me, to greet me and ask what I would likeect Keep in mind I was in the service industry for many years.. After she had done everything that she needed to do, she failed to greet me, went over to joke with other patrons whim were already served. and stock cups instead of greeting me and asking what I wanted. In my past dealings I have come to expect better service than that. As I quietly got up to leave, the bartendercontinued to look at me and say nothing. Do better!
Good local bar to have a drink and catchup with your friends.Philly cheese steak had a wonderful taste to it. Slow burn wings burnt me. Both went well with red oak beer.I will come back to try more
Amazing wings, great atmosphere, professional and delightful staff mix with fun vibes. The menu has everything you will need plus more. Our new go to date night spot.
Food is usually pretty good, but wings tonite were horrible. If wasn't in a rush to get to PNC for Rangers/Canes game, would've sent them back. Specify not to overcook if ordering wings!
Food was ok the one downtown is definitely better! I didn’t really care for the bbq sauce it was very salty and my boneless chicken was no bigger than a chicken nugget from McDonald’s. Cheesesteak egg rolls were good tho
1st time @ Woody’s for me & the burgers we had were great! Sam was AWESOME! Sam always smiled, asked if we needed anything, and overall an excellent server! I just can’t think of enough great things to say about her!
At first I was gonna pull the race card on this place but after reading these reviews I decided it's just the staff have ZERO customer service skills. Like literally NO ONE greeted me. Don't be surprised if you're standing there all day and nobody says anything to you at all. I had to initiate the conversation several times about the order I was picking up. And why do they have that sign up for delivery drivers saying to speak to a staff person before taking the order??
Update 2022: this place USED to be One of my favorite places! Great staff, good burgers and environment! ....until January 2022, staff is horrible...especially Bartender Sarah...she should find another job. This place just lost a local, long time customer. Sorry, never again!
