horrible experience. Gave me the wrong order and had to go back once again. Then they still gave me the wrong order AGAIN. I explained to them over the phone that my order was wrong, my french fries weren't seasoned and it seemed like it was brown stuff growing from my carrots. A response really stood out to me was "why would you order something that grows from the ground and not expect it to have brown spots on it"? I would not recommend this place and I probably should've known because they have a lot of complaints. They will not be seeing my face again.
I literally just left there 10 min ago to get home and my order is WRONG! It's bad enough there's an extra charge for all flats, but to open my box and see that it's not all flats is aggravating!!! I attempted to call the store to discuss my order and of course no one answers the phone. Keep in mind when I left there was NO ONE IN THE LOBBY! Cary wingstop ya'll have got to do better. I stopped going to this location months ago and decided to give them another try again tonight.......NEVER AGAIN!!!
The sauces you guys use on chicken for Doordash orders are TRASH. I became nauseous after trying the habenero mango flavor at work, and I love spicy food. I believe this location was for this one here. Be careful ordering from here, and I hope this restaurant gets an inspection from the state because they have so many nice menu options, they just need to fire some people and change management.
Food was fine, but the management was very rude and disrespectful to an employee. She accused employee of stealing from the register in front of everyone in a crowded restaurant. Employee should have been pulled to the side and talk to like a human. She was very mean to other employees and yelling and talking down to them.
Really good wings. Fast service. Clean eating area. 10/10
DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE DINING IN OR PLACING AN IN PERSON ORDER. They prioritize to go orders before in person orders. I waited in the store for 1 hour and watching door dash drivers come in and get there orders with no wait at all.Horrible experience! They made every to go order before mine

One of my favorite places to grab a to-go order of wings. Staff could be more friendly but overall the food was good.
