WORST WENDYS on the globe. Last year one of their drive thru employees stole my credit card after i accidentally left it there. Went back couple hours later and the employee had left already and they couldn’t get back. No official apology, waiting on manager for 30 + min to come talk to me. Not even a free side of fries for my trouble.THEN today decided to give them a second chance, waiting at drive thru line for 5 min or more. Guy said he would be right back, so he acknowledged i was there. Then finally came back on intercom to tell me they were only taking cash. DUDE- tell me that the first time you engage.Garbage. Done- will never go back
Ordered From this Wendy's through mobile order and they refused to make my order even though they said they said the systems were down... I still think they seen the order... they just didn't want to make it.. which is fine... I had to comment because I was highly disappointed in this location being it was my first time impression. Never will come back.??♂️
I've been to this Wendy's before and it wasn't always this good.I stopped in on 3/25/22 before picking my uncle up from the Airport. I had the basic Dave's single with fries and a root beer. The burger was fresh, the fries were hot, and the staff was very friendly, she even asked to make sure I enjoyed my food as I was leaving.This Wendy's is only a stone's throw from RDU International Airport, so if you just landed and you're hungry, stop by!
I drove through the drive through and was immediately told that the only items they could prepare was chicken sandwiches because their grills were down. I asked about fries and was told it would be a 4 min wait, so I ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches. I get to the window and the guy standing there doesn’t say a word. I hand him a $5 bill, he takes it then after a few seconds he asks if I have a card, I responded I would like to use cash. He says no cash allowed. I promptly took my money and left. This location at times can be great but other times they seem to have issues with no lights, grills not working, closing early because of a shortage of workers. They really need to get it together.
Tuesday, Feb 15, between 3:35PM to 3:45PM. I walked inside to order food due to the drive-thru being down. Walk inside and see that there is a small line and only a few employess working. After a few minutes I decide that this will mostly likely take too long and start to walk toward the exit. As I am walking toward the exit, the cashier starts yelling at me to stay and continues to get louder as I get closer to the exit. Making a scene toward a patron that decides to leave is unprofessional and I will NEVER return to this location.
Staff is always so polite, friendly, fun, and just makes my day better. Honestly, I've come through here multiple times not realizing I was at this location and the culture or character or whatever it is of the staff makes my day way better. Food is great too!

Sandwich tasted badly and 2 of the employees walked in smelling of just smoked marijuana, they must pay these people good, because it smelled very expensive and very strong. This Is The Stuff my ex spends about $120 a quarter on. They need to put less emphasis on getting high and more on fixing food correctly, and apparently the manager doesn't care that they smoke pot out in the parking lot , because I know she smelled it and didn't care.
Excited to eat this nuggets but so disappointed when I got them. LOOK AT THEM.
I was so hungry. I know that staffing is hard and I didn't expect much. As an avid hater of mayonnaise, I asked for no mayo, twice. Guess what? My burger had mayonnaise all over it, and I had to pay for food I couldn't eat. Sigh.
