The best customer service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. The best worker was jay his service was super fast and friendly. He deserves a raise and a hug! Honestly no doubt best ive ever been taken care of! THANK YOU JAY!
Horrible experience. I went thru the drive through. Food was not fresh at all, you can tell it's been sitting. Burgers were cool, no warmth what so ever. It was the same for the fries. The fries were also very greasy. Drinks tasted as if they were watered down! I have never had food this horrible from Wendy's or from any fast food restaurant for that matter.
Manager on duty at this location copped an attitude with me (the customer) when I quite simply stated there was supposed to be an additional item on the order, a chocolate frosty, which he failed to add. A very unprofessional and irritating experience to say the least, and this manager runs a store and gets this easily upset over a mistake HE made? WOOOW, will not be returning and will not recommend this location to anyone.
A delicious fresh Dave's double with cheese. It was really good, I enjoyed it a lot. Going to get another one today.
Today I ordered by the drive-thru, English is not my first language, I ordered 4 No12 and a taco sala. The ordering staff was impatient. When I arrive the order window, she rolled her eyes at me when I got to the window, then I gave her my credit card, she told me my card was not working, she had swiped it 4 times. In fact, I saw that she didn't do that. I said can you try again?Her colleague told her that she could use another machine to try.She swiped once again. I think she discriminated against me,because I didn’t speak English well.I was going to complain to her manager. But she told me that she was the manager. I am so shocked! Very bad experience! I never give bad review! But this time I was so angry! Worse experience ever! I like Wendy’s but the lady who served me today is so rude and I don’t want to see her again!
The meat of hamburger had metal pieces into it as it cut my throat. Could not sallow with our pain for few days. It was unpleasant .
The cashier that took our order (had an azalea tattoo on her forearm and clear glasses) was the ABSOLUTE sweetest. Honestly needed the positivity she gave me today. If she sees this, THANK YOU SO MUCH❤️
They didnt melt the cheese all the way on the baconator fries and they didnt hand out any forks or spoons for any of our food
Gone down hill since being short staffed. I get that’s probably frustrating but the staff is just impolite now and the quality of service has greatly suffered for it.
Absolutely the worst since closing dining room. Spent 20 minutes in “pickup” parking spot after ordering and checking in order never came out. How is this considered fast food?
