While the Waffle House on Hillsboro Rd Raleigh had been our favorite, today’s experience was bad.So I went to this one on Walnut St. Cary. And was very much impressed with the coordination and pleasant staff. Even though they were busy, Kimberly politely greeted me. She got her pad and quickly began my takeout order, while responding to the orders behind her. Then I observed another lovely waitress, Emily, serving a family to my side with grace and cheer. Before I could finish my drink, the chef-Chris, had completed my difficult order. Without skipping a beat, Kimberly mentioned she was packing my order. My time at Cary Waffle House took less time than my wait at Hillsboro street & told they didn’t have supplies for takeout orders. Plus the Cary location was most pleasant. We’ll be back to the Cary Waffle House!
The girl sitting down told me they were closed because “we had 25 ppl came in here 10 minutes ago” and then hung up on .Me When I asked about being 24 hours? Bottom line business day or not, short staffed or not customers are our priority and
I'm a long time Waffle House fanatic, and am a voting, registered member of the Libertarian Party Waffle House Caucus and I've got to say that my experience today at this Waffle House is one of the best I've ever had. The waitress (Audrey) was very friendly, helpful, and quick to serve us, and the cooks Darien and Marsha obviously knew what they were doing because the food was absolutely spectacular! Eggs were perfectly cooked, the meats and hash browns were delicious, ave the waffle was fluffy and peanut butter chip filled. 10/10 easily! Highly recommend this location to any fellow waffle fanatics!
Top notch breakfast spot! Me and my boys are Kind of a breakfast bunch. So reviewing this place was super easy. First everything was fresh. We had eggs over easy with bacon and home fries. Home fries were crunchy on the outside with soft moist potato centers, buttery but not overwhelming. Eggs were cooked to perfection withholds smooth yolks. Coffee refills and fresh OJ. We sat at the counter which was like watching TV. The team really moves like a well oiled machine. We had a waitress who didn't even write down our order jus used her memory. And all five of outlr very unique orders were flawless. Dont let her accent fool you, she is so on point. We also tried the biscuits n gravy, which was a 7.0... when back in town I would definitely stop here again. Family friendly place.
Me in my boyfriend come to dinner around 10:30pm .. and the lady say .. the dining was close … 3 servers was sitting doing Notting.. in the 2 cooker.. was out side smoking… is the 3time I come to dinner here because we love the food bud.. I think the restaurant is wasting money with the workers.. looks so bad.. at the same time bunch of people walking in walk away because they say dining was close i see no problem all the workers must was sitting doing nothing.. so Disappoint
I LOVE WAFFLE HOUSE... But this location wasn't doing dine in our first night, then the second night we ordered to go... This location is beside 4 hotels, so they should known or asked what we might need. I share responsibility for not asking though... They sent no utensils, no condiments and the food was just fair
Christmas morning tradition and the service did not fail. Extremely busy but the staff was wonderful! We frequent a lot of waffle houses and consider them waffle homes.
Great service. Amazing food. I was surprised it wasn't busy but it was a little hidden. The condiment and sauce table was genius!! Best experience at a waffle house in a long time. Too bad I don't live in the area
Great customer service. We didn't have to wait long, and the food was great.
Me and my boyfriend visited today around lunchtime. The manager and waitress were so delightful and our food was delicious! The manager really seems to care about his location and it was the cleanest waffle house i’ve ever been in. This is definitely going to be my go-to waffle house from now on. Thank you for the key chain as well!
