Went in , A/C not working with a “tip jar” on counter asking for help fixing A/C … hmmm Ok …. We ordered our food, and after about 15 minutes walked up to the counter where our a half soggy smoothies were sitting, apparently they never called our name and somebody else grabbed our food, so after back-and-forth with those young gentleman that works there he just turned around and walked off. Assuming they would fix our order I said back down, same young gentleman looked at me and had no idea what I was asking for after we just went through it is 10 minutes prior. One lady in the back shoulder to him” I’m remaking the order” , I told him they need to work on their communication, and I just got a shoulder shrug. I sat back down and after about another 10 minutes another worker stepped out beside the cash register with a major attitude handed us our food, no apologies, no I’m sorry , nothing. Worst $30 I have ever spend and I will not return very very disappointed

I'm going to remove my comment. However, I would like for you all to please ask your employees to wash their hands. Prashana went straight from handling my cash to making a smoothie ?. No gloves ?, no hand washing, nothing!!! The young lady working had on gloves. I don't want to get anyone in trouble I love tropical ? smoothie and go to the one in Garner everyday. But the children at this location have to wash their hands!

Everytime I order here, my order is wrong or poorly made. I used their free delivery promo for orders over $12 and never even received my smoothie or extra sauce I paid for. So I had a cold soggy quesadilla with no ranch to eat it with, and no smoothie. Then customer service said there’s nothing they can do because delivery is through a third party so there’s no way they could deliver my smoothie and my side. I tried calling over 7 times and nobody picked up! The employees here are lazy and unprofessional. Find a smoothie king near you instead.

This is my go to spot. Close and convenient.I ordered my usual mango magic, and it didn’t taste as well as it usually does. The guy with a black hat, beige jacket that worked on the night of 6/4 immediately made it right with no questions asked! My guy ? PERFECT customer service AND it tastes A1 ong haha

Ordered online. The food was ready on time. Had to search the counter to find my order- all of my smoothies were in different places (mixed with other people's orders) and not packed together (I ordered 3 and expected them to be in a carrier). Sandwiches were together in the same bag. Didn't realize until I got home that we didn't get the four edible straws I paid for.I'll give this location another shot next time I'm in the area.

UPDATE in response to owner:This is not about wait time, there were no other customers and nothing was being prepared by the two employees behind the counter. Once the employee told us they were no longer making anything, I asked to verify the closing time and according to the employee, the cafe was still open for another 42 minutes. Telling us they would not serve us had nothing to do with fresh fruits and veggies.If your policy is to no longer serve any customers 42 minutes before the end of business hours, why stay open? Please consider closing earlier rather than refusing customers at the counter.-----original post-----Came here 42 minutes before they closed and the two girls working there said they were no longer making anything. Not the first time we've had trouble getting served here.

Ordered delivery. You guys packed my quesadilla sideways in the bag so everything leaked out and got all over everything else in the bag. I didn’t get a straw for my smoothie. This is my first and only negative review on Google. Why would anyone pack a quesadilla sideways?

As I set & watch how they are preparing food. I am disgusted. CHANGE GLOVES AFTER YOU TOUTCH MONEY OR PHONE!!! I had to call out on someone tonight. Rolled his eyes and kept working.

Nadia has 0 customer service skills. Extremely rude and tossed our food.

This is supposed to be the Cajun salad. Other than the rice(I removed) what's missing?Lettuce, cheese and tomato. I pay $11 for a salad I expect T.S quality.I order the same thing yesterday and got someone else's food. It wasn't doordash. The person who bagged put the wrong salad in the bag. It's the location.
