So the food was good…. But one of our party ordered a bowl, and got a wrap. The kids working behind the counter were to busy playing around in the back where no one could get their attention. We were seated waiting for a secondary order and they took it, sat it on the counter without calling out the order so it sat there getting cold. We had to ask where it was, we had to ask for a fork then and they had disappeared to the back again! I am all for enjoying working, but if you can’t get the orders correct and people have to continuously hunt for you and YELL to get your attention because you can’t hear over your music playing in the back. Laugh, giggle, by all means; but you are at work… do your JOB!
I visited this place a few years ago and my very first experience was not a great one so I never tried it again until today and I can say that this time was bit better I was having trouble with my gift card and the staff help me figure it out and the avocolada was very good, I'm very big on being greeted and a staff that provides customer service which was not what I got the first time, today made up for it, so I will more than likely return to try something else on the menu.
Staff overwhelmed and confused. 35 minutes to get a smoothie. And only after asking them multiple times and they lost my order. Owners should be ashamed of how they have under staffed and under trained.
The food was good but check your order before you leave to make sure that you are getting EVERYTHING that YOU paid for. I checked my bag before I left and was missing an item. I gently told them what I was missing and it was given to me with no fuss, but no apology was made either.*update* There is a straight hair in my smoothie and grime in and around my cup. I have curly hair, that hair is NOT mine. Please don't come here unless you want to be sick!
I waited for over an hour for my order and the driver forgot the entire 4 drinks. I mean...come on man. The one item that did come smelled like smoke from the drivers car. Never again.
This place is not what it used to be at all, used to love taking my family here and enjoy sitting inside the lobby to enjoy our food. First off these new employees are quite arrogant doesn’t make coming attractive anymore since they’ve changed there is always loud music I can’t even hear myself think or are able to have a conversation with my family while waiting for our food which has also taken a turn for the worse the smoothies are always bland and the food is doused with sauce makes a complete mess and makes all the wraps soggy it’s ?, and not to mention they’re always walking around making these smoothies with no masks on everytime I come. And most recently I saw one take her top off to only a pink sports bra like cmon there’s children and young teens coming here like ain’t no need for that where’s the uniform it’s so unreal. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this location probably ever again
I was just here at 7:30pm (half an hour before closing) but the doors were locked and I couldn’t get in. There was an employee inside and she was clearly doing nothing. The staff seemed unfriendly on previous visits as well, but this takes the cake. Very frustrating, definitely do not recommend this location.

First they got my order wrong, I was patient with that. They were out of tomatoes and never told me, I got 2 items with tomatoes on them. I would have canceled my order if I had known. But the worst thing is that the person making my food was not wearing a mask. Not wearing gloves the whole time while making food. There is a mask mandate in place. I don't care how old she is, if you know how the vaccine actually works you would wear a mask anyway. I am in the medical field. I will not eat there again.
Please have your employees greet customers when they come in. I was standing at the register for 7 minutes, the only one standing at the register, and no one acknowledged me or said "We'll be right with you" or anything. You might want to encourage staff to not ignore those that want to spend money there. I said nothing. No scene was made. As I walked out after not being acknowledged a staff member immediately took the order of the person behind me. Like... what is that even about? I'm not high maintenance....I've worked in food service for years and was a trainer in chain-restaurants. It's just really not ok.
