Tried this place when I was in Chesapeake,VA and had the best drink and experience so on my way home I decided to stop here because they don't have this in my area.... Selene, who rung us up and made our drink was very rude and just acted like a customer showing up is just a huge inconvenience for her.... to make it worse I believe she purposely watered down our smoothies! I heard her coworkers telling here how it's only 2 pumps of water that go in my drink and she insisted it was 3. Needless to say, mine and my husbands Bahama Mama was watery, disgusting and tasted like strawberry water. Very unhappy, paid 12 dollars just to have 3 sips and throw away. Do not recommend this location!

The customer service was amazing! Smoothies always taste great. Guy at register was so friendly even though he’s been here since 6am! Give him a raise.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE GLADIS THE STORE MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! VERY NASTY ATTITUDE!!!! MY SMOOTHIE WAS LITERALLY WATER SHE MADE MY DRINK DISGUSTING. SHE ASKED ME TO LEAVE THE STORE AFTER I TOLD HER MY DRINK WAS MADE INCORRECTLY. IT TOOK HER 35-40 MINS TO RING ME UP. BEING RUDE TO LOYAL CUSTOMERS IS POOR CHARACTER & INTERGRITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Excellent!!!Ordered my pair on the app, it was ready when l got there but more importantly everything was perfect. The peanut butter banana crunch flatbread is one of my favorites but it can be tricky trying to keep the honey at the right amout so the mess is minimal and granola falling everywhere. This sandwich was perfect. Thank youPS.. my island Green Smoothie was great also..

I came in to pick up my order and realized I chose the wrong side. Not thinking I asked the lady at the counter if she could exchange the side and absently interrupted someone ordering. She nicely listened to me and apologized to the customer I interrupted. She killed me with kindness and you just can’t teach customer service the way the she handled the situation. I apologized to both of them for my absent mindless blunder. She handled the situation with poise and grace and can’t tell you how much I appreciate that.
Great atmosphere and people skills. I changed my order at the last minute. The crew didn't get rattled and made the switch. Great customer service and producr
