I drove an hour and a half after trying to call them all morning to place an order for a cake a week in advance. When I arrived they let me know that I cannot order any cake ahead because nothing is made there it’s made by a company and shipped there. If they could have answered the phone at any point when I called I could have saved myself the trip. Also on their website it says you could order cakes ahead of time and to call the store for cake ordering. I see several reviews where people have ordered cakes ahead of time. Pretty confused about the fact that I cannot order a cake ahead of time but everybody else can? If you want to get a cake from here you are better off showing up the day of and hoping for the best or going somewhere else where they will actually be happy for your business
One of the best cake places. My favorite is Goguma cake (sweet potato cake) which is absolutely unique and stunning. But this time we got chocolate cake to try something different. The cake sheets are moist and melting in the mouth, and the sweetness is just perfect. I would definitely choose cakes from here for the special occasions.
Very irresponsible. I drove 20 mins extra to get a cake from their bakery. It was closed at 5.30 pm when their website says they are open until 7pm. Their website was still showing they were open. They don't care about someone else's time.
Yesterday I stopped in and Bought the buttercream bread, the taro bread, small cheesecakes some milk bread. It was alllll amazing, delicious and fresh. Can’t wait to go back and get more. Everyone loved the pastries. Light and fluffy. Can’t wait to try a cake
Bought several items and did not receive half of my stuff. Was ignored ? ? I did not recieve my two boxes of macroons.
Awful experience here for how expensive it is. They do not answer their phone, I have called literal dozens of times over multiple weeks during posted business hours. When I finally got through I placed an order for a cake and confirmed its day and pick up time twice afterwards ( yes it took several tries to reach anyone ). When I arrived at the agreed upon time, they had closed early and had given me no courtesy call or indication the time would be a problem - I saw a laminated sign about the new closure policy right on the counter. The staff here is either lazy, incompetent, or some layercake of both flavors. A good kid went without a cake that day and I urge others to not take the same chance.
Asian bakeries like Chinese or Korean bakeries never disappointed me. Their bread and cakes are very soft, tender, sweetness level is just about right. Unlike Western bread like American Bakeries, taste so bad. Very stiff, Very dry, sweet as hell. Why can't American bakeries improve or learn from Asian bakeries like China or Korean?
I love this place, the details are really nice. Everything taste so fresh and delicious I recommend it 100%
Located within H-Mart. It is clearly a very popular place with lots of customers. The wait was still pretty short to check out, which was nice. From the website I expected more of a traditional bakery, but most of the items are packaged in plastic wrap. It was all very tasty, nonetheless, and it seemed very fresh. Some of the items shown online were nowhere to be found, which was a little disappointing. Prices were reasonable and the variety was nice. Very enjoyable and a fun experience.
so yummy! I will go here anytime I get the chance. Yuzu pies are great & I haven't found anything to dislike yet!
