The Tostadas are their best menu item, but they make decent burritos as well.Their service is A+, really friendly people.Big fan of their hot sauce bar.

The staff busses your table which seems to confuse the customers. (No visible trash cans). Only negative is you have to get the staff’s attention to get a drink refill because the drink machines are behind the counter.

Horrible service! Manager is not friendly and customer service is not a thing. Ordered food which they said is a 20 minute wait and then made us wait for over an hour. Then messed up our order and manager’s response is “we were busy this afternoon so I can remake or refund you.” I understand those are your only options and I can understand that but it is how you relay that to a customer who is driving back and forth because of your mistake that is important and showing you value our time as well.
Took 30 minutes for a quesadilla and they weren’t even busy. Manager wouldn’t look at me nor apologize for the inexplicable delay. Everyone who ordered around me received their food before I did. Once received, the quesadilla had zero flavor. Would not recommend this place if you’re in a rush or have taste buds.
I was craving for tacos today. So my friends and I decided to try this spot out. The atmosphere of this restaurant is cool and interesting at night. My tacos was good but I was not a big fan of their queso. Their queso tasted different to me. I will be trying other items from the menu soon.
This was my second time going to Tijuana Flats and I really enjoyed it. My friend and I went Friday evening for a Yelp Elite Event. We each got the shrimp bowl, split the trio appetizer, and strawberry lemonades. The lemonades were very refreshing! I liked the trio app option to try a little bit of everything. I wasnt crazy about the guac, but we both loved the queso. Ext time I would order a regular size of that. The chips were also seasoned really well which I loved. The shrimp bowls were delicious, I thought the shrimp was prepared and seasoned so well. We were both very impressed! I do wish they had some sort of spicy ranch because that would have made the bowl even better. They have a hot sauce bar but a creamy sauce with a kick would be a nice option to add to the menu!
I ordered in store to go and waited 40 minutes for my small order on my lunch break. A large party that came in after me got their order within 10 minutes of their arrival. I asked for a refund and she asked if I ordered to go and said that sit INS get priority over to go orders. I could understand a online to go order but that is ridiculous. Thanks for making me late and I will not be back
Always excellent service and friendly people. Food is pretty good. Cheap beers and a great selection of hot sauces.
Reviews on here looked promising and the menu had a lot of options that sounded good, but the pricing/value, the portions, and the staff/service left a lot to be desired.Tried this as an alternative to Chipotle, and while there were some aspects I really liked (chips + salsa/guac, and the bangin chicken flavor, menu options), I'd go to Chipotle for a burrito instead.
