I think we found our new place for a late night drink or dinner! The bartenders and the kitchen staff were top notch! Everyone so friendly and inviting! We’re new to Cary and they made us feel right at home. Thank you so much for your hospitality parkway staff!! ;)
Brought some visiting family in last week, our server, Megan, was fantastic. The food came out quick, hot, and so delicious! The drinks were amazing, and the manager, Hailey, stopped by several times to see how we were doing and she was so nice to chat with. We all definitely enjoyed our time there!
My wife and I discovered the tavern a few weeks ago, just after our first child was born, and we were in desperate need of food. We hopped into the car and went to the tavern which is actually walking distance but hey, new baby.The food surprised us both. We expected cheap and easy pub grub what we got was reasonably priced fantastic food! Our favourites were the fried potatoes salad and the cheesecake. Staff we super friendly and served with a smile.They've got events on during the week like music bingo and karaoke that we'll definitely try at some point. Once we find a baby sitter...
We happened by this restaurant by chance and struck gold. Absolute best burger in Cary! They beat all of our expectations. We will be back, count us in as regulars.

I enjoy this place. It is a cool local bar. They have darts. And they have weekly specials from drinks and or food. On this particular night we went for karaoke which wasn't planned and unexpected but great. I ordered a lemon pepper wings. Those were great. And then I ordered the white barbecue wings and the sweet Asian wings. I did not care for the white barbecue wings. The white barbecue wings is mayonnaise and barbecue sauce together. The Asian wings were okay and needed salt. I definitely will not get the white barbecue wings again. We had a great time there.
My Wife and I visited first time 2/27/2022. The food and service was exceptional.We started out with the cheese curds. Light airy, very taste and no blow outs. Cook/Chef was spot on. We both had a burger that was equally as good a brisket/burger blend with a brioche bun. Wife had a great side salad loaded with all the goodies she loved, and for my side, I had onion straws.To finish it all off, we had the most incredible cheese cake I have had (homemade-Susie is the Master Bakery Chef for this master piece) since I was selling Diane's Gourmet Desserts when I was a FoodBroker.Our Waitress Kaitlyn along with all the other Waitress were great as they tag team all tables together.Can't wait to try the chicken tenders on our next trip.Highly recommended ? give them a try, you will not be disappointed!
Arriving here was a total accident, but super lucky. Food was great, service was awesome and vibe was really good. If we're back in the neighborhood, we'll definitely stop again!
We came all the way from Michigan just to go to this bar.In all seriousness we were working in town and when we found this bar we couldn’t stay away. We tried other bars but ultimately ended back at The Parkway Tavern. While it was the owner and bartenders that made the bar, the food and drinks were excellent. I believe we tried everything on the menu and enjoyed it all. If you want to experiment a little bit you have to order a breakfast shot and the cheese curds with Carmel (I know it sounds weird, but it works).
The BEST side salad I've ever had ! Included blue cheese crumbles and blue cheese dressing was top notch. Last visit I had a great fried bologna sandwich. Keep up the good work!
