I have been in the drive-through line for over 45 minutes and still have not made it to the drive-through window to pick up any food.. This is totally unacceptable and you can't tell me you don't have enough employees. Get it together Taco Bell. I couldn't even go on the inside because all doors are locked. I'm pretty sure the other 15 cars behind me are not happy as well.

This place is almost always out of new products, idk whether it’s their current order process, but its frustrating.

I’m not convinced the owner isn’t being stingy. I understand COVID kinda ruined a lot of the service industry, but I had an awfully long 30 minutes in the drive through to decide if they deserved a 1 star review. The last time I was here was 6 months ago figuring they’d have their labor issue sorted by now but they do not.Foods fine, but owner / management is awful.

Staff is working their butts but may understaffed especially during peak times. Have seen drive thru lines which almost extend into street which is not a good sign. Order mobile and pickup in store otherwise you may be sitting in your car for a long time.

I placed a mobile order, showed up and the line was 15 cars long. After almost 30 minutes I got to the window, pulled off, and my food was wrong. I ordered potatoes and onions on my chalupas but didn’t get it. I came inside with my bag, told the employee, and he didn’t believe me, so he opened up each chalupa, mangled it, then grabbed the next. Then he walked off and grabbed me a tiny cup of onions and potatoes, and left. He wouldn’t just remake them. So I had to try to reassemble these botched chalupas, and split the 4 potatoes he gave me between each of them. I went back out to my car and just cried because they tasted awful, had almost nothing in them, and this was the one thing I was looking forward to after my 12 hour shift.

My two boys love Taco Bell! We went in after a 5 mile walk on 3/8 and they were mesmerized by the "taco construction crew." The crew was working well together, efficient, and pleasant. When my boys didn't get the drinks they wanted (dad goofed at the kiosk) the employee immediately made them their preference. Those three employees ran their rears off but kept it in focus. Great experience and hard working employees!

I ordered 2 beefy 5 layer burritos with no sour cream. As I asked, there was no sour cream, however, neither burrito had beef!!!! I am very pregnant and it was almost 10pm so of course I couldn't go back to the restaurant once I realized this. I was highly upset because I was craving them and very hungry. I will not be returning!

I truly respect all workers, fast food, fine dining ect. But when I ask for a lot of hot sauce , and Receive nothing, it's an issue, not to mention the attitude of the manager, upon calling. Do better.

Don’t waste your time at this location. They can’t take the 2 minutes it takes to update their hours in the app or in Google. You get to find out they’re closed by visiting the location. The app will even let you place a pickup order and you won’t find out they’re not open until you get there. Has happened multiple times.

Management is very unorganized, doesnt seem to care about costumes convenience, or their time. They think its funny people are irritated for having to wait in line 20 minutes before finally getting to the menu and seeing their sign saying I cant order food.Hopefully they can hire some people that think a little more about their customers.
