This location used to have some of the best service, but today's visit was rather horrible. We ordered at the kiosk because no one would take our order at the counter. We waited at least 15 minutes without our name being called. I went up to check on the order to find out "someone took it". Mind you, we were the only customers inside the building, so it was either not made or given to someone in the drive through. Then rather than fix it right away, at least 3 other orders were made before "remaking" ours taking at least 15 more minutes. The manager came out while we were eating and mumbled an apology and gave us a few coupons for a free taco that could only be used one at a time. Really not happy at all.
I haven’t eaten at a Taco Bell in a really long time. I decided to go because they have the Mexican Pizza back and those are a great cheat to have on occasion. This particular Taco Bell was very disorganized and had a huge puddle of standing water where customers can stand to get their orders. You are supposed to place your order on a kiosk which I did not once but twice. I realized after 20 minutes that people were coming in and getting their orders and leaving. So I asked one of the employees there to check my order— she said she had nothing with my name. At this point 30 minutes has passed by, so I asked another woman who must have been the manager to check on my order. She said oh yea we have two orders at the drive through window— I was like what? She asked if I wanted both orders and I said no,I want the order that’s hot. She didn’t apologize or anything for my troubles and gave me my order.I won’t step foot in this place again. Disorganized, dirty, wet floors, and miscommunication.
I entered the drive-through at this location tonight at 8:12 with a migraine headache and a desperation for food quickly. Once I was in line, I realized the line was not moving. At all. Even worse, there was no way to get out of line once I drove in.I finally reached the checkout at 9:13, 61 minutes after entering, and my food was *still* not ready.I completely understand the lack of workers and slow service at many places right now, but this is absolutely unacceptable!I saw at least 3-4 workers through the windows. Wow. If you do not have adequate staff to operate, then please just close early to avoid this.
Waited 25 mins for my food from order to pick up. Management needs to do a better job. They seemed understaffed and without leadership at 7:30 on a Friday. Not a good look. Staff is trying hard. Pay your employees more and maybe you can retain some of them
Fiesta Veggie Burrito with no cheese…came with cheese but no guac or tomatoes. Scraped most of it off before taking the photo but you can still see it.Thanks guys.Tried to order a Half and Half sweet tea, got sweet. Not a big deal maybe they didn’t hear me.No hot sauce even though its on the receipt.
This location needs help! If they can’t get anymore help they need to close their doors. No one should sit in a drive thru for 50 minutes waiting, with no way to pull out of it. Food was good, service not so much. Employees are probably overworked and underpaid/staffed. Won’t be returning to this location.
Good luck getting service or help of any kind at this location!!!!! After waiting 15 minutes, I tried going inside to order but both doors are locked and the swarm of ticked off people staring at the register were not being helped either.This location needs a LOT of help from corporate Taco Bell. What a tragic situation at this Taco Bell. I would give this location -5/5 stars if possible. I even ordered with a mobile order so it wouldn’t have been much to help me. Whatever, some other company will get my money.
Waited in the drive thru for approximately 45 min. Got there at 9 and they were turing people around when I was leaving at 945. It was pretty crazy, they had plenty of cooks , as one man was just sitting outside smoking for a bit. Upon reaching the window for my food they all were just having a jolly good time in the kitchen. I would think they would be a bit more focused with such a long line and so many people waiting on them.
I visited the store a while ago and had items missing from my order and left them a 2 star rating. Today, I figured I would give them another try and again there were items missing. I am lower my rating to one star and recommend that you check your orders before leaving the drive thru.I contacted the local taco bell and asked to speak with the manager. The manager said "we do not do it on purpose" and said nothing more. The fact that it has happened the last 2 times I have visited this same store points out that there is a major issue. I hate when a company basically steals from me. As an individual we have little recourse but I will make every effort to post my experience on social media.
Exceptionally slow drive thru on a Saturday night while not super busy. Not good for a fast food restaurant where everything’s already cooked.
