I love this SweetFrog location!!! I have one a little closer to where I live but I prefer this location! The staff is friendly, the frozen yogurt is great, the store is clean and had a great vibe. My family loves this location and the froyo!!!
We loved the Sweet Frog we had in Sanford, so after seeing there was one up here, we HAD to stop in today! We had a positive experience from beginning to end. We were greeted as we entered- which I find very nice these days. The woman behind the counter was very helpful in assisting us with getting a sample of yogurt and also serving our toppings. The restaurant was clean as was their restroom. It was so nice to see their topping area so clean and neat. Made us feel good about the quality of food we were receiving. The partitions were clean, there was no smears or spills anywhere. She was the only one we saw during our visit and she kept moving the entire time. I wish them well, and with this gal serving your guests, her pleasantness and work ethic should surely bring back repeat business to the store. Wish we took photos of our food, it was delicious, go check it out and see for yourself. Yes, I'm selling it! They truly deserve it.
Great Froyo place! There is a decent variety in flavors which were all very good. The store was clean, machines were working, and everything was fully stocked. While store is still self serve for the frozen yogurt, the toppings are now done by the staff as a precaution. This does make the line move a little slower, but overall still a great experience and delicious froyo!
Great place to bring kids. Saw that they had dairy free products online but once I got to the place they only had mango and pineapple Dole whipped products. But it worked out great for my kids. They loved it and the toppings made them love it even more.

We love this fro-yo place! The customer service is always lovely! Even if there is a long line, it dies down quick. There is seating inside and out. My family loves walking to this place from our home ?. We usually go a few times a month! I love to mix all of the fruity flavors together and add fruit to that, with gummy bears on top. They even have a rewards system and send texts for specials! Bring someone you love here!
As a returning customer I was disappointed with my experience this evening. There were 4-5 missing flavors, but potentially that could be because it was about 90 minutes before closing. Several of the flavors came out runny/watery. They were tasty, but some had a runnier than normal consistency.The biggest disappointment was the price. I have previously been to this location and I do not remember the yogurt being so expensive, so I am wonder if the price recently went up? Several other sweetFrog locations advertise prices of 45-50 cents / oz. This location charges a 20%+ higher rate of 60c/oz. In layman's terms, two full small pink cups of yogurt cost $18.50 without any toppings. I could go to the Harris Teeter's next door and purchase 3 half-gallons of Bluebell + toppings for less than the cost of the two small size cups of Froyo. I'm wondering if the watery yogurt made it heavier than usual and this impacted the weight as 2lb of yogurt seems like a lot. Looking at it in a small cup however, does not look like a large amount. Regardless, the 60c/oz price is 20% higher than the competition.The staff were friendly at this location and the store was clean, thus my star rating should not reflect them. Unfortunately, I worry that the expensive pricing and inconsistent quality yogurt will cost this location business.
I love this place!! Thankfully there’s someplace I can go that still enforces the mask rule. My 10 year old has cancer and can’t get the vaccine yet, so it’s the perfect place to go after a long hard day of chemo (bless her heart). The young lady working at the counter today was very polite and prompt. Would give 6 stars if possible!!!!!
The store is always very clean and the workers are super friendly. I love that they still enforce masks because I bring my child in weekly and I do not want her exposed.
