Hate leaving bad reviews, but this location was disappointing. Ordered on the app, it said 20 minutes to pick it up. When I went to the drive through nobody answered. Went inside, and was told it would be a ten minute wait because she was making bread and had one other thing to do before she could get to my order. Asked me what my order was, found it on the iPad but when I got home one of the subs was not double meat as we ordered and were charged for. Told online orders were last priority and I get that, but over 30 minutes for two subs seems excessive. I think maybe they should hire extra help if service is going to suffer so bad from the one person there being overwhelmed

Man. This lady was holding the whole restaurant down by herself. And making the best quality sandwiches. I tipped but regretted not tipping more. That's some good food.

Sent us coupons in the mAil and then didn’t accept them after I checked out. Imagine trying to bait people to order with this scam. Enjoy this 1 star review :).

The worker very very rude I did not get his name but he was African American with short brown and black twist in his head.I came in at 8:15pm it says on Google that this store close at 10pm and the time was updated a week ago reflexes 10 pm according to the Google information posted. He did not give me any kind of greeting to welcome me to the store. He was already packing up the food items he then ask me what did I want , I stated what I wanted . He then said my toaster is broken. I said ok then made the comment " you lucky the door won't locked" I always have it locked by now". As I asked for the items I wanted on my sub he was basically throwing the items on the sandwich and when it was time to cut it . I requested it be cut it into four sections he then says " Are you going home you can do that then ". I will never come back there for service again I never had such rude treatment.

Not only is the drive thru closed but you walk in and it is not the friendliest of customer service experiences. I ordered a sandwich to go and and ice water. He rang me up with no mention of them being out of water cups so no chance of me adding a drink or bottled water to my order. To me someone that has worked in customer service this is just rude. It wasn't until after and had to ask for my cup that he informed me that they were out of water cups and he offered me no alternatives.

On Friday, july 23rd, I stopped at the Chatham St. Subway as I prepared to drive out of town for an event. I realized that my debit card was missing once I got to the destination. As I back tracked my steps, I realized that I last used the card at the Subway. I drove back to Cary with hopes of locating the missing item. Upon arrival, a very pleasant young man (Darryl, I think) readily recalled finding the card in the parking lot where I had parked my car. I offered a reward which was not accepted. I write to let you know that this honorable young man is worthy of note. I thank him again for his thoughtfulness.

Very good subs awesomeness

Had lunch with 4 others between soccer games. Karen was the only employee in the store, but she did an amazing job, making our sandwiches and attending to all of our needs, while serving at least 15 other customers during our visit. She should be considered for a management position.
