I love this location. Jason is the BEST. Always helps me start my day on the right foot with his dad jokes and overall bright personality.Today was a tough day for them. Lots of people were without power and so everyone was at Starbucks trying to get either wifi or coffee. They were slammed, but they all worked like a well oiled machine. Jesse was wonderful and was going above and beyond to satisfy grumpy customers.Other reviews stating they are dissatisfied with the lack of staff and items on hand are correct, but this isn't any one persons fault. The current staff are doing the very best they can with what they've been dealt. I have yet to come across a rude staff member. There are shortages of EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE. Don't ruin someone's day over them not having your favorite syrup or bakery item in stock.Kildaire Starbucks, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST! KEEP YOUR CHINS UP!
This Starbucks is always out of some shit…doesn’t make since. Order what you need or more in advance, you shouldn’t be out of one of your most popular flavors. Especially for a week and/or multiple times consistently! Customer service is lacking too!
6 people behind the counter and they’re using the “we’re short staffed” excuse to not make a decaf pour over. If you don’t want to make a decaf pour over the brew it!!The staff member making the food it’s couldn’t even be bothered to call names, just throwing them in a pile and walking away.This location used to be well run but has consistently been going downhill.

Been a daily regular here for years and this place has plummeted in the past few months. There’s been a lot of turnover and great people have left, and the new people are either poorly trained or just don’t give a crap. I order the same thing every morning, pick it up inside. Today, like many mornings, there were a ton of people waiting and the new people just put the drink on the counter and don’t even call out a name. So you’ve got at least 20 cups (that all look the same!!) sitting there and customers going up and having to touch them all looking for their drinks! Really frustrating to stand there for 20 minutes while my drink just sat there for probably 10. Sorry - I didn’t want to be rude and handle each cup. Sadly, I will have to find a new location. Jason and Katie are incredible, but they’ll be gone too very soon - just poor management.
Absolutely fantastic Starbucks, whoever has been at the window for a few weeks is beyond amazing. Even the drinks are made correctly every time. I always make the effort to go to this one because of the quality and customer service
They were a little backed up today... But it's a busy weekend with holiday shopping.
