Don't expect to get all items from mobile order. Not once, not twice, but three times recentlly. 3 strikes and you are out.
This Starbucks was pretty dirty. Sink was filty. Milk and other items were left out. The counter was extremely dirty. For all the people that work there you would think one of you could clean up. Pretty gross. If you zoom in on the pictures you can see the mess. Ugh gross.
Came for my birthday Stephanie and joey gave me the best drink I’ve ever had 10/10 will return.
Did the Drive-thru for the 1st time; super easy and convenient as it's on my way into the office.
Outstanding customer service from everyone but Joel stood out especially. I ordered incorrectly and he was happy to fix it and explain how to order it properly next time. What a nice guy!
I come in here almost daily! I’m always greeted and the coffee is always perfect!! Love my local Starbucks!!
This location is ridiculously slow. It took myself and my sister-in-law over 30 minutes to get our drinks that were pre-ordered from the app. They were plenty staffed so it was not a staffing issue. The line was crazy outside and there were just drinks sitting on the counter or that were already made and nobody was claiming them. Hopefully the second one coming to Sanford is being built here soon.
Omg I love this Starbucks! All of the staff are so nice and friendly!! Chris and Jason are incredible!! They know my name, and exactly what I want and make it perfectly! I live in hollysprings and I choose to go there for my Starbucks fix!!!

Everyone said good morning when I walked in and a team member immediately helped me find my mobile order. My drink, which has a bunch of modifications, was made perfectly! Loved my first experience here.
