Horrible customer service! Lady working there that I assume was the manager, needs to find another job because it's very obvious she hates working with the public. Very rude when asking questions and as others have said, they were out of the first two items my wife ask for. So my wife asked what do you have? I would have walked away, but my wife wanted her Starbucks. With this overpriced coffee, at the very least, customer service should be top priority!
Came in at 6pm asked for a tall coffee and was told that they have no coffee at Starbucks because they close at 7pm. NO COFFEE AT STARBUCKS lol I just left...
No nitro, no cold brew, despite the online menu and order ahead.
If I could give them a 0 I would, I work super close so is walking distance, 1st time she was super rude, she ask what do you want? When I start saying it she said we don’t have it, let it slide went back to work, 2nd time she was missing I ask someone from Harris Teeter, they didn’t know after walking around the store for 20 min, I found her walking around, I ask if she work at Starbucks she was mad I found and went back and took my order but today I ran there because the website said 8pm and I saw her she look at me and said we are closed! And I said sorry the website said 8 and she interrupted me and said I told you were close! Screaming like I’m nothing.. horrible way to treat people is sad.

Located inside a Harris teeter. They don't have a drive-thru but there is plenty of parking. Very short to no wait every time I've ever been, plus they have a dedicated entrance on the side so you don't even have to go through the grocery store unless you want to.
I work in this complex and I accidentally sent my mobile order to the wrong Starbucks. This one doesn’t take mobile orders and the girl there let me know. I wasn’t able to go get my drink at the place I placed the order at so i called them and told them to give my drink away because I couldn’t come get it. The girl at the other store was very friendly and told me the Starbucks here would make my drink if I let them know what happened. So I walked back in and told them what they said and the girl there told me they weren’t going to do it. So 0/10 customer service. I paid $6 for a drink and I know it was my mistake but the embarrassment was enough for me to never want to go here again.
