This is only the second time at this location. The first time I got a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and it was not good at all! Every other location made it perfect and this location just ruined it. I decided to give it a second try today and ordered an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and again they just did not make it right. Not even close! Not coming back here
Super sweet staff. They gave my dog 2 pup cups because he's a big boy. They ALWAYS get my order right.
Great place to end a busy day... The staff is a joy to talk with and get to know... Every visit is like hanging out with friends... I only have one gripe; I wish they would go back to their 2230hrs closing...FRIDAY AND SATURDAY nights 2200hr close is a great time to get to know your dinner date better...Try the store you will not be disappointed...
I have never received more phenomenal service at a Starbucks than I have from the crossroads location.Everyone there is so friendly and their service is top tier. Going to other Starbucks in the area is a huge disappointment after going to crossroads.Also, my car broke down and a barista came out and gave me a jump, so they really know how to go the extra mile.
This is my go to Starbucks among my four favorites. The reasons are plenty but here are my top four: tremendous and enthusiastic helpful service above and beyond every single time, a pleasant greeting always, and effort to give me exactly what I want, especially when I have a special orders from a team that really cares ! Worst Starbucks in the entire area. Twice now I’ve dealt with openly rude, arrogant and dismissive children working here. I have three go to drinks and when I ask for any change at all they give me an attitude, refuse to do it and/or it comes out all wrong. When I inform them that I’ll report them for their behavior they say “go ahead” because they know they’ll face zero repercussions. Zero manners or respect. Lazy and untrained. They also take too many stars often, I’ve found mold on the food twice because of poor holding temps and food handling and they don’t make drinks in order of arrival. I’ve complained both times but the manager does nothing, she doesn’t even reply to these terrible reviews which is probably why her employees are terrible too. Being short staffed doesn’t mean whoever does work is allowed to mistreat customers or make a bad product. This place has a bad rep even amongst the other stores that bad mouth it. Do yourself a favor and go to the other one on Walnut or the one inside Target around the corner.

These people are too kind!! I really admire that even though they work in a very affluent area and must get used to Karen’s and the like, the general mood of the cafe is always so bubbly and inviting :) being a customer service worker myself I really admire and respect that positive attitude
Nice, friendly staff. Coffee tastes great but it's boiling so... Not sure who orders coffee for thirty minutes later but I am trying to drink it now. Tried stirring it with a straw to cool it down and the straw melted. That's too hot. What's the code word for I don't want to burn myself with my hot coffee?
I have no respect for the business practices of the incompetent staff, at this location. As a delivery partner, to be told your order is not 'Priority' and have your presence dismissed, as workers inconsistently prepare your customer's order for 25+ minutes, is unacceptable. It's not that hard to stand firm, in fair treatment and complete orders in an orderly fashion. Now I'm delivering food, with comprised quality, because the IDIOTS that work here don't know how to execute, focus or work efficiently. Good job guys.
